"My husband and I were not so sure we had made a good choice as our cab drove us to this destination and the last 1/2 mile was a dirt road. It’s in a very remote location so we would definitely recommend anyone staying here has a vehicle! The property is expansive with gardens and grapevines. Rita, the owner, went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable. The 2 nights we stayed she cooked us delicious & authentic homemade meals, complete with wine that is bottled on the property. "The property itself was beautiful. However it is not centrally located and we did not have a car. There were no restaurants or stores to walk to. On top of that they had a private party and we couldn’t get dinner at the restaurant, we went hungry after a long flight. The pool kiosk was not open. There were 3 waters in the fridge and no one at the desk to get more. Hungry, tired and frustrated was the start of our Italy experience!"
