"Just here for a quick night. It’s very comfortable and has everything we need for this one-night stay. We were a bit perplexed when we informed the front desk that the smoke alarm in our room was beeping, instead of coming to replace the battery it likely needed, they told us to take off the wall. I wasn’t in fear of a fire, but surely disengaging safety devices isn’t the most sensible way to proceed through life. "

On this particular stay, I was given a room directly across from the elevator. While for many the accessibility would have made it great, I wanted to insure my sleep wasn't disturbed by "the foot traffic". My request for a room change was met courteously and fulfilled to my satisfaction. Though it didn't impact me, I noticed the stairs were being cleaned on the morning of my second day - indicative of the hotel's cleanliness. I will certainly be staying here my next visit to the area."
