"The location could not be better, exactly what we were looking for, close to Sonzacate park, pupuserias, we seriously recommend Pupuseria Maiz & Arroz, one of the best in the area and just outside the security gate. House was specious and clean. Now the not so good experience, attendant (Raul) did not know we were arriving the check in day, to his defense he answered his phone promptly all the time and was extremely friendly and helpful same as his sister. "We’ve stayed in rentals in 20 countries and Toney is probably the best host we’ve ever had. Any problem we had, he helped us within minutes. He has the house cleaned for you 2x a week. He has cars you can rent from him. All of the rooms have A/C. I worked remotely from the house for 6 weeks and had no trouble with the Internet. "

"The house and location is great. I felt comfortable and secure and liked the beach access. On the negative side, there’s cameras everywhere and I find it inappropriate that the pool has a couple of them. The guards at the beach club are a bit rude and condescending. I don’t appreciate that when I’m being kind to them, talking their language, and paying for their good service. Although the area is safe, I would appreciate it if we could lock the doors when we left to go out. "

"Amazing lake views + outstanding service. The lake view from the room alone was worth every penny, absolutely stunning, especially in the mornings. Front desk team gave outstanding service throughout. David was especially helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate a last-minute request. Drinks and breakfast at the bistro were highlights too. Griselda provided excellent, very polite and attentive service. Perfect spot for both an evening cocktail and morning coffee. Great place to stay if you are in the Santa Ana area or heading to the volcano. Highly recommended and would stay again."
