Cozy Apartment Near Oberstdorf—With a View of the Mountains

The apartment is located near Oberstdorf. When you step out the front door, you’re just a few minutes’ walk from the beautiful Iller River and right next to the village’s own train station. Our accommodation is ideal for couples, solo travellers, adventurers, business travellers, families (with children), and large groups.
It also features a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with a new refrigerator and 3 large freezer compartments. Cooking here is a real pleasure. Wi-Fi is, of course, available.

The Accommodation

Our oasis of well-being is located in the cosy little village of Altstädten, and within just a few minutes’ walk, you’ll find yourself surrounded by wide meadows and grazing cows. Here, a piece of the unspoiled world has truly been preserved. If you’re ever in the mood for a bit more hustle and bustle, you can take the bus to the centre of Oberstdorf every half hour from the bus stop just 3 minutes away.

Our well-laid-out 95-square-meter apartment, which has been lovingly furnished with Bavarian furniture over the years, makes it easy to feel right at home. A separate, new shower room is available. Towels and bed linens are, of course, provided. The apartment features 2 spacious bedrooms, 1 kitchen-diner with seating, a living room, a bathroom with a bathtub and shower, and a balcony. If needed, the sofa in the living room can be converted into a bed, allowing up to 7 people to sleep here. There is also an underground car park with one parking space. The outdoor parking spaces are not included with the apartment. The beautiful Iller River is just a few minutes’ walk away. From here, you can take a walk towards Sonthofen or Oberstdorf. In winter, it’s just a 10-minute walk to the nearest ski lift and a 2-minute walk to the well-maintained cross-country ski trail.

Bicycles can be rented in Fischen.
The apartment also comes with a garage, so you can park conveniently—especially in winter.

You’ll never get bored in this area. In addition to beautiful walks, challenging hikes, water skiing, swimming, Fun Berge, snow, ice skating, sledding, and much more.

Transport

The bus stop is 3 minutes away, and buses run every half hour in both summer and winter.
If anything isn’t working, Ms. Mannes lives on the ground floor and is always happy to help. Or, of course, you can contact us at any time.

Guest Access
Dear guests, there are books in the apartment that you’re welcome to read. We’ve also collected many brochures about the surrounding area for our guests. There are plenty of DVDs in a cabinet—feel free to watch any of them. We hope you have a wonderful stay in our apartment :-) There is a paper dustbin in the underground garage, and outside to the left next to the 3 parking spaces, you’ll find bins for plastic and general waste

Additional Important Information
The compost and general waste bins are located outside by the car park. Please use the parking space in the garage and do not park two cars one behind the other there. Please strip the beds before departure. Thank you very much, and have a wonderful stay!
