Excellent setting,we had a spectacular view from our balcony if you were standing, not at all if sitting in the chairs provided,the wooden balcony obscured the view completely.The room was big clean and pleasant and generally typical of a top hotel,although I have stayed in many hotels and had never stayed in one with no coffee making facilities in the room before,that was a down for me,I had to either call for room service or go down to the restaurant or bar area. The hotel seemed to be very understaffed, we waited half an hour to get a drink at the bar,we elected to leave the hotel and have drinks in the town. All in all for the price paid it fell short over my stays in budget hotels.

The room was too cold. It did not heat up to our acceptance. It is winter and with a small child in 16°C is rather cold and both the child and the mother got sick.

Das Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend :) das Doppelzimmer sauber und groß. Das Frühstück war super, es gab von allem etwas und sehr ausgefallene Teesorten :) Das Hallenbad und der Spa Bereich sind tatsächlich in die Jahre gekommen, falls eine Sanierung in den nächsten Monaten stattfinden sollte kommen wir gerne wieder! :)

Das Zimmer, das Hotel an sich und natürlich die Lage sind traumhaft. Auch das Wellness-Angebot wie auch die Erlebnis-Möglichkeiten in der Umgebung sind ein großes Plus. Was uns nicht besonders gefallen hat, war die ständige Miss-Kommunikation, vor allem, wenn es um das Essen ging. Es hab keine richtige Auskunft über das Dazubuchen des Abendessens oder den Alternativen, die angeboten wurden. So kam es, dass wir an Weihnachten fast kein Abendessen bekommen haben, trotz vorheriger mehrfacher Absprache mit der Rezeption. Glücklicherweise hat das Bedienungspersonal beim zweiten Anlauf dann einen Platz für uns gefunden. Auch die weiteren Abende waren mit irrtümlichen Informationen gefüllt. Von der Snack-Karte ab 18.00 in der Bierstube wussten die Kellner scheinbar selber nichts, sodass erst nach ca. 20 Minuten nach Öffnung überhaupt mal jemand nach uns gesehen hat. Bei Bestellung eines Cocktails informierte uns der sehr bemühte Kellner, dass der entsprechende Barkeeper gerade keine Zeit für uns habe und hat sich selbst daran versucht. Das Engagement ist lobenswert, geschmeckt hat er leider trotzdem nicht. Beim gebuchten Fondue am letzten Abend wurden wir dafür aber sehr reichhaltig mit Essen belohnt, allerdings wurde auch hier nicht kommuniziert, dass es sich um ein 3-Gänge-Menü handelt. Wir haben aus Irritation heraus nachgefragt, haben aber beobachtet wie andere Gäste sich stattdessen am Buffet bedient und ihren Nachtisch garnicht genommen haben. Essenszeit 2h wegen Warten ...

Das Zimmer war super renoviert und modern eingerichtet. Man hat sich dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Hotel insgesamt ist jedoch schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Der Wellnessbereich leider sehr lieblos und für die Menge an Urlaubern viel zu klein und recht heruntergekommen. Er hat leider keinen Wohlfühlfaktor. Die Liegemöglichkeiten waren zu wenig, alt und teilweise dreckig. Ich habe einen Außenbereich mit Grünflächen vermisst, ebenso wie in den Innenbereichen irgendwelche Pflanzen. Negativ aufgefallen ist auch, dass dort keinerlei Personal nach dem Rechten geschaut hat. Auch beim Frühstück und Abendessen war es gemessen an der großen Anzahl der Personen deutlich zu wenig Personal. Das vorhandene Personal war jedoch größtenteils sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage und Umgebung des Hotels ist super.

Nicht schlecht.

Da es viele schlechte Bewertungen gibt, waren wir nicht überrascht, dass einiges nicht gut sein wird. Das Essen war manchmal top, manchmal unterdurchschnittlich. Unser Zimmer hatte viele Spinnenweben an der Decke, sonst sauber. Alles bröckelt ein bisschen. Gutes Preis Leistung Verhältnis.

Ein Hundebesitzer

Hotel war gut, was mich geärgert hat, dass ich für unseren Hund(wir waren als Paar unterwegs) pro Tag 20,--€verrechnet bekommen haben und er keinerlei etwas dafür bekommen (Leckerli, Hundefutter oder sonst dergleichen) hat, ins Haupthaus durften wir mit Hund nicht rein,das war nicht erlaubt. Gegen das Bezahlen für die Hunde Anwesenheit im Zimmer hatte allerdings niemand etwas dagegen. Kleine Kinder kosten dagegen nichts dürfen aber mit ins Restaurant und bekommen das Essen noch gratis dazu, das ist ja schon in Ordnung aber die Kosten für den Hund sind übertrieben, (für nichts) finde ich irgendwie nicht gerecht. Schade. Sonst war es ein schönes Wochenende.

Das Zimmer war sauber und schön eingerichtet. Der Blick in dir Berge vom Balkon war atemberaubend. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich gewesen. Das Frühstück war spitze. Leider gibt es derzeit 11/2024 einen leichten Renovierungsstau in der gesamten Anlage, Schwimmbad, Saunabereich und Eingangsbereich Aufzug Haus Ludwig2 sollten mal saniert werden. Trotzdem haben wir unseren Aufenthalt genießen können und daher empfehle ich dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall weiter!

Sehr sauber aber in die Jahre gekommen und in den Zimmern fehlt es an allem, leere Minibar, keine Utensilien wie Watte in den Bädern. Kein Nachtlicht, nach der Nacht kein Zimmerservice, im Schwimmbad kein Service, nur eine verlassene Bar - und das zur Hauptferienzeit. Es wirkt als spare das Hotel an allen Ecken und Enden. Frühstück war gut. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Das "Abendessen" bestand aus aufgewärmter Tiefkühlkost. Teilweise konnte man nicht mal erkennen um welche Speisen es sich handeln sollte. Der Wellnessbereich ist stark renovierungsbedürftig

Das Zimmer war schön und geräumig. Die Bäder sauber. In den 4 Tagen Aufenthalt wurde das Zimmer nicht gereinigt. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ausreichend, jedoch mehr ein Durchschleusen der Gäste.
