"Staff very friendly and when I told them how dissatisfied I was that we had to book the pool and pay 15 euro a person, they gave it to me for free and a late check out breakfast was included also. Beds were not comfortable at all and no way to adjust temperature in our room, Couldn’t keep the window open as there were no screens in them"

"Excellent location, next to the slopes. You also get a sizeable discount on the skipass. Nice room for myself and my son, good breakfast. Staff is very kind. Only down point is that you only learn about having to pay for the SPA after you booked (not a big deal, but I ended up not using it)."

"Super place to stay. This is the first time we have toured the Austrian Alps and this hotel was a great choice. As it was 'off' season, ie not winter as it's a ski resort. everything was all inclusive, food, alcohol etc. Spa was quite good but we only used the pool, which is heated and has an outdoor section. Food was very good, excellent selection, wide range of choice, and fresh. Hotel overall, although quite a big hotel, it is very well kept and clean."
