The staff was excellent from Sagar at the Front Desk at Check-in to the Dessert woman, Drishti, to Ishu at bag handling, to Wani at Check out. The spa with steam room and sauna was also very relaxing along with the great attendants there. Large infrastructure to cater to all your needs.

Staff was very helpful. The room I stayed in was one of the older ones but they are refurbishing them and I saw several of the new ones. They are beautiful. It is a heritage hotel and the experience is very special.

Comfortable, affordable, clean, central, reasonably quiet. Liked our stay here and would happily stay again. It’s in a busy area but the hotel itself is quiet thanks to decent windows. The restaurant in the hotel is also very tasty and affordable. The staff are nice and accommodating.
