Short stay before riding to Kanchanaburi. Lovely location but limited places to eat nearby so we ate at the hotel restaurant which was very good.

Beautiful location on the riverside. Well kept grounds. Very pretty. Mainly Thai resort but that’s good. The hotel was good and reasonably priced, but Joe Kool’s Terrace felt overpriced. We found better food and value just outside the hotel for lunch and dinner. The breakfast buffet, though, was excellent and absolutely worth it.
