"Overall, very comfortable and pleasant stay. Hotel is spread on 9, 10 and 11th floors on Orange City Mall. Entrance to the lobby is on the rear side. This is overlooking the in/out ramp of the basement parking lot, hence no waiting area. Room: Comfortable bed, comes with amenities (kettle, water, team, coffee, etc). Compact in size, and ones travelling with heavy luggage may find it cramped. Bathroom is quite compact. Views: Our room overlooked airport, a highway and Metro train station, but no noise seeped thru the windows. Well insulated. Parking: Basement parking is available, but it's shared with the mall. Also, the lot is incomplete with lot of construction materials lying around. Inform the parking attendant that you are a guest at hotel. Access to lift from basement is via stairs. "

"Stale smell in the crammed room and the beds; the bed was uncomfortable, my 5’10” frame was jutting out legs. December 2 morning ice cold shower was an experience! as hot water was not coming through the shower. Living room a/ C was non functional, the fan was in the far end of the bed room, the other fan was entirely missing. Breakfast starts at 8 AM, so early morning flight passengers have to miss it; the kitchen staff were excellent and made tea and toast for my wife and me; so that was a redemption. Best part was the complimentary airport transport!! Less than mediocre for the money!"
