"I stayed for business, the hotel is in great condition and the place is very clean. The desk gets to be a bit overcrowded at times. My biggest issue was that the air conditioning did not do much (typical Italian Hotel). It was quite warm and my room was too hot.
People are very friendly and I will definitely keep this place in mind for future trips outside of Summer."
"Villa Appiani is at a great location to get to center of Florence without being right in the center of it. It's a quite location where you can relax after a day of sightseeing and they have a great resturant. Also they provide shuttle service to the entrance of Florence at no extra cost. It's a bit of a walk but worth it. They have two drop off locations close to Florence or midway at another popular sightseeing stop. "Rooms modern and clean, bed and pillows very comfortable. Breakfast was very good with lots of choice and staff were very efficient in keeping food topped up and cleaning tables. Parking is in public spot right next to hotel so remove valuables from car. "
