The breakfast was decent, the place was clean, and the staff is wonderful! The hotel in general could use some updating. The gym was old and small and hot with no AC. There is no streaming services to log into so there is nothing to watch unless you want French news. Forget about the wifi it never works and cushions for the chairs by the pool desperately need to be replaced. They are gross. They did let us check out late and gave us a complimentary ride to and from the airport.

The hotel and room were very clean, and the staff were generally helpful. However, it seems that not all staff fully understand what “gluten-free” means. I became unwell after being told that the vegetarian quiche was gluten-free, only to later discover that it was not. There are limited gluten-free options available, mainly pho and some gluten-free cakes and bread. Additionally, there was little attention to the risk of cross-contamination, with gluten-free items placed alongside regular food and no separate tongs provided. I continued to feel unwell until I specifically requested that my bread be prepared and heated separately in the kitchen. While the hotel itself is well maintained, it felt overpriced for a five-star property, as there was nothing particularly special about the experience to justify the cost.

Big modern hotel across from beautiful beach. Ocean front rooms are a must. Breakfast buffet is huge with many excellent selections. Lots of restaurants, spas etc in the area.

The room was large, clean and comfortable. The hotel is well designed and maintained. The pool area looks nice but I never took the time to enjoy. The breakfast was excellent with great selection of high quality foods available. The staff provide great helpful service.
