The pool in the promotional pics doesn’t belong to the apartment block but the beach was only 50 meters away The apartment was good value for money The night life on the street below was part of the ambiance of the area and quietened after 11pm Bring your own condiments and dishwashing if cooking for yourself Small tv no Netflix etc Overall 3.5 to 4 out of 5

Deja mucho que desear. La limpieza en general de todo el apartamento, manchas de humedad todas las habitaciones, el colchón del sofá cama, incomodísimo. Había cucarachas pequeñas en el baño. Toda la estancia tuvimos olor a pescado y carne del restaurante que está justo debajo. Lo único que destacaría son las vistas que tiene y que está en primerísima línea de playa.

Die Zentrale Lage ist einfach top. 0.5 Minuten und man ist am Strand oder 0.5 Minuten und man ist in der Fußgängerzone. Besser geht es nicht.

Nous avons séjourné dans l’appartement 7F qui a une super vue dégagée et on voit la plage depuis les terrasses. Mention spéciale pour la disponibilité et la gentillesse de l’équipe .

Unbearable without air conditioning during our stay in September. A fan was supplied but difficult to sleep with the noise of the fan. The neighbouring hotel must be all inclusive because we would wake early every morning to the clatter of plates (6am). The resort itself is fantastic and the apartment was nice. Just a nuisance having to check in/out at a different hotel 2 streets down.

APPARTAMENTI CARINI MA DA MIGLIORARE

Gli appartamenti sono molto carini, spaziosi e dotati del necessario. L'unica pecca è che non sono dotati di aria condizionata. C'è solo un ventilatore a pale nel soggiorno ma nulla nelle camere (nell'armadio abbiamo trovato un piccolo ventilatore che però non è sufficiente a rinfrescare ed è rumorosissimo). Almeno nelle camere da letto direi le pale sono necessarie. Nelle giornate molto calde, anche lasciando spalancate le finestre durante la notte, non circola aria a sufficienza. Proprio dal fatto che non si possono chiudere le finestre durante la notte, deriva la seconda problematica: la zona è rumorosissima. C'è l'impianto di condizionamento dell'hotel a fianco che è molto rumoroso e che ovviamente lavora anche di notte, i rumori delle cucine degli hotel adiacenti che durante la notte o le prime ore del mattino preparano le colazioni con grande fragore di piatti e stoviglie varie e non ultimo un incessante viavai di camion (spazzatura, carico/scarico, pulizia strada etc.) che rende veramente impossibile il riposo. Quindi poter chiudere le finestre è condizione necessaria. Per il resto la zona è molto animata e la spiaggia vicina. WI-FI a pagamento.

agréable spacieux à 50 m de la plage

Conforme aux photos, spacieux et très bien situé à mallorque dans un quartier animé avec boutiques et restos et surtout à 2 pas de la plage et de la piscine de l'hôtel. Le seul point négatif c'est qu'il manque la clim!!! Du coup vous êtes obligés de dormir les fenêtres ouvertes et le quartier est un peu bruyant la nuit, mieux vaut prévoir les boules quies!!

Great apartments with a fully equipped kitchen. Daily maid service, so just like staying in a hotel. Check-in 2 roads away not a problem - until you realise you have to go back again if you need a safe key or tv remote (might be an idea to ask guests when they check-in).

appart hôtel Midas

Juste parfait. L'appart hôtel est proche de tout (mer et commerces), un très bon rapport qualité prix. Certains dans leurs commentaires parlent du bruit alors oui il y en a un peu le soir mais normal puisqu'en Espagne on vit le soir mais à minuit çà devient plus calme et cela ne nous a jamais dérangé pour dormir ni nous ni mes enfants. Nous avons eu un accueil très sympathique en arrivant et les personnes qui font le ménage sont adorables et arrangeantes.

Vue magnifique, endroit animé mais bruyant la nuit

Nous avons beaucoup apprecié les installations et la situation de l'hotel. Point de départ appréciable pour visiter tout l'est et le nord de l'île et la plage au bas de l'immeuble. Hotel en 2 parties: "Appartements Midas" et "hôtel Veronica" 3 rues plus loin ou se trouvent la réception, la partie restauration et la piscine. Ça mériterait d'être précisé car lorsqu'on arrive on découvre qu'on n'est pas au bon endroit pour récupérer les clés de l'appartement. Appartement très grand, mobilier moderne, deux terrasses dont une grande avec une vue magnifique sur la mer turquoise (voire photo jointe. La piscine est celle de l'hôtel voisin). Tous les appartements midas ont vue sur mer. Hotel situé au coeur des rues commerçantes donc très animé le soir. Le point négatif est qu'il y a du bruit tard dans la nuitête. Pas de climatisation, on dort donc les fenêtres ouvertes les jours les plus chauds soit...tous les jours! Retour au calme vers 2h au moins mais ponctué du ronron des clims des hôtels avoisinants. Ramassage des poubelle et des verres vers 6h puis suit vers 8h les bus navettes qui emmènent les vacanciers à l'aéroport (bus qui restent moteurs allumés sous les fenêtres). Dernière touche noire au tableau: la majorité des vacanciers sont des allemands ou anglais fort sympathiques mais au combien bruyants!!! La nuit est à eux!!! Bref, nous avons apprécié le séjour mais ce n'est pas de tout repos.

Чистота номера/отеля - убирались не каждый день, уборка на 3 балла из 5. В основном - замена полотенец и заправка кроватей. Раз в 4-5 дней меняли постельное бельё. Качество обслуживания - на ресепшен видел персонал только 3 раза за 17 дней. Удобства отеля - нормально, чисто, недавний ремонт. Но очень неудобные кровати. Когда до 5 часов утра на улице ужасно шумно спать с закрытыми окнами в духоте на них практически невозможно. Всё компенсирует прекрасное расположение отеля. Местоположение отеля - в шумном месте, до 5 часов утра очень шумно - сначала под окнами дискотека, потом шумит обслуживающий персонал близлежащих отелей в кафе между корпусами. Спать невозможно с открытыми окнами, а кондиционера нет. Итог - аппартаменты рассчитаны на непритязательную молодёжную компанию без детей. 4- из 5 баллов.
