Villa Viterbo is located in Son Servera and impresses guests with its view of the sea. The 2-storey, traditional Mallorcan house consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms as well as 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine, satellite TV and a highchair and baby cot upon request. Heating is also available for €20 per day.

Your private outdoor area has everything you need for a wonderful holiday. This includes a pool, a garden, an open terrace, a barbecue and an outdoor shower.

In just 5 minutes driving you will reach the centre of Son Servera with restaurants, bars, cafes and supermarkets. This accommodation is also ideal for golf lovers as Pula golf club is just a 7-minute drive from the property (4.1 km). The closest beach is Platja des Port Vell, which can be reached by car in 9 minutes (6.2 km). Palma de Mallorca airport is a 49-minute drive away (63.3 km).
