Everything was fantastic 5✨ - the only little thing that was missing was that the floors and balcony always felt a little sandy - not a big issue, but in the light of everything being perfect that’s the only improvement we could notice.

The hotel was clean and directly next to the shopping/restaurant street. The breakfast was delicious. But the building and its windows were not quiet. You could hear the neighbours talk and every vehicle outside unloading + street cleaning trucks in the morning. There are no parking lots next to the hotel, but a big public parking lot 3min by foot.

The bed was very comfy , no staff couldn’t have a coffee or a drink around the hotel , breakfast was only warm , sometimes couldn’t get in at night and had to get someone from sister hotel to come and let us in as no staff on at night .

Excellent 4 night half board stay…staff were very friendly and helpful. We were in a 2 bedroom apartment with a small lounge/kitchenette, but no cooking utensils should a self catering option had been selected.

Lovely hotel with great staff

Very smart hotel. Spacious superior room with balcony and pool view. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, even offering to suggest cycling routes for us. Food above average though we ate out a couple of times as buffet became a bit boring. Pool is tiny but lots of sun beds and space. Great location near the beach, shops and bars. Not the best for a cycling holiday though as roads are too busy in this area.

Poor view from my room, the AC blows cold air directly on the bed so it’s very uncomfortable to sleep with ac on. The safe in the room was broken. On the other hand the hotel was very clean and modern for a fair price.

Modern and clean hotel. We have arrived almost at midnight, check in was great. Carlos in the reception went above and beyond sorting us some food and getting it from sister hotel. The next day room was cleaned but no towels left. Hotel itself was running on the very low staff, so reception was working only certain hours during the day. So walked up to sister hotel to request towels, Mark at reception didn’t seem to care too much, as after I went, my partner went back 45 minutes later, and all he said he doesn’t know when we can get them. So was a bit disappointing. Breakfast and dinners were served in another hotel also. Late checkout wasn’t available due to hotel being closed for the season on the day, but managed to leave our bags in the reception at sister hotel and were allowed to use sun lounges on the roof terrace and take shower as well.

Very welcoming staff

Very welcoming at reception on arrival and a glass of cava to enjoy. Bed was bliss. Nice modern hotel and a great pool, pool area and choice of beds and loungers.
