Cottage `Es Romaní`

It is a small and practical house located in the middle of nature, it has a lovely pool surrounded by pine and orange trees for the exclusive use of the house.

It is composed of a living room with integrated kitchen, two bedrooms, one with two single beds, and the other with a double bed. Two bathrooms, one of them en suite.

The porch of the house is a small covered terrace to relax and eat outdoors.
It has a pool located between pine and orange trees near the house.

Our holiday home services include change of sheets and towels for stays of more than 7 days, cleaning of the pool every 2 days and final cleaning of the house.

This small country house is located next to the edge of the forest, without neighbors.
About 8 km from Cala Ratjada and 5 km from Son Servera.
There are several golf courses nearby: Pula, Canyamel, Costa de los Pinos.
In the nearby towns of Cala Millor and Cala Ratjada you will find abundant restaurants and shops.
You can visit weekly markets, the closest are: in Son Servera, Capdepera, Artà, Cala Ratjada.

Lovely villa

Such a lovely villa in a peaceful location and yet not far from the sea and towns. It had everything we needed with a great pool. Received a lovely welcome from Inma despite us arriving extremely late after a cancelled flight! Would definitely recommend.

Just great house

We are a family on 4, 2 adults and children 14 and 11. We stayed in the house for a week, and had a wonderful time. The house and the pool is just perfect for relaxing and enjoying each other. Close to nice beaches

Lovely secluded getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the villa - it was equipped with everything we needed and the air con was a much appreciated bonus. The pool is a good size, beautifully maintained, and in a lovely setting surrounded by orange trees. Although on the edge of a forest, the villa is close to amenities - we visited the picturesque town of Arta and the fabulous beach, Cala Mesquida ( both a 15 minute drive). We were a little closer to the main road than we had imagined, but the traffic noise was drowned out by the sound of cicadas for the most part. We would definitely recommend.

Rural and peaceful!

What a place! We spent just over a week here with our two children aged 4 and 6 and we had a fantastic holiday. Inma met us at the property, and helped out when we had a powercut! We were also left a lovely welcome basket with vegetables and wine which was a lovely touch. The children loved the pool and it was maintained each day, this was especially helpful after it had been windy as it ended up with lots of pine leaves in it! The villa is very rural and is surrounded by orange groves with its own driveway and electric gate. There was also the chance to spot the goats who popped up from time to time. My only recommendation - and I am really being fussy - would be some plastic glasses to use outside for the children. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The property is in a beautiful location in the middle of a forest , it is a little dated inside & could do with new utensils(kettle,toaster) . The new bathrooms were lovely , powerful showers .Air con was amazing , the finca itself has a lot of character . The pool is situated a little way from the finca & the views from pool are beautiful ! We did have a few issues during our stay , the pool water stained our clothing & inflatables , which unfortunately continued throughout our stay . Pool men came most days to try & help . Also after 10 days the cleaner had not been , we contacted host who offered for them to come the next day but as we only had 3 days left we declined the offer & asked for compensation for both issues ! All in all we enjoyed our stay , the hosts were quick to respond to our issues with the pool which we appreciated . But some times regarding other things could be a bit slow to respond ! Another thing we feel would be helpful is a welcome information pack / guestbook with info on the local area & the finca itself we have found these really helpful in other properties we have stayed in . Wi fi access good , property was a little hard to find so maybe in future a map pin could be given to help with this !

Interesting house and friendly, thirsty goats

The house is set in woodland and orange groves. There is a herd of wild goats that frequent the surroundings and occassionaly they had to be shewed away from the pool but they generally stayed at a distance. The house is well maintained with everything you need for a holiday. Our only observations to the manager Inma(who was brilliant) was that there could be more saucepans, especially for those who want to cook for themselves and that the lights dim disconcertingly when water is used. Its down to the power supply and pumps etc. Its all safe but and interesting quirk of rural life I guess. The property is less than a ten minute drive from Cala Millor of Cala Ratjada so shopping, restaurants and the beach are in easy reach. I would say that the nearby main road is louder than some have commented on but it does quieten down at night. The pool was cleaned every day and Inma had provided wine and enough vegetable and fruit for the whole wee which was outstanding. All in all a great rental and holiday.

Urlaub mit Familie

Wir hatten einen insgesamt schönen Aufenthalt. Das Haus war bei Ankunft sauber. Die Ausstattung war sehr gut. Der eigene Pool wurde trotz der niedrigen Wassertemperatur ausgiebig genutzt. Leider lag der den ganzen Tag im Schatten, so dass er sich nicht aufheizen konnte. Größtes Manko war die viel befahrene Straße, deren Lärm beim Aufenthalt im Freien doch als störend empfunden werden musste. Weiterhin nachteilig war, dass es keine Mülltonne in der Nähe gab, sodass der Müll mit dem Auto weggefahren werden musste. Sehr positiv zu erwähnen ist, dass die Agentur stets gut zu erreichen war und prompt geantwortet hat. Bei einem technischen Problem kam der Servicedienst noch am selben Tag - das ist Spitze!

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in der Natur

Das Haus hat alles was man für einen schönen Urlaub hat und man kann dort sehr gut abschalten. Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen.

Casa bien ubicada cerca de la montaña y el mar. Las playas están a 10 mn en coche. La casa era muy limpia con todo lo que se necesita dentro. Piscina rica con agua caliente. Comunicación muy facil con Inma.

Nette, in die Jahre gekommene Finca

Super netter Service, alles geklappt! Die Finca ist schon älter und wer keine Ansprüche an Luxus stellt, kann sich hier gut erholen! Alles sauber und viele Haushaltsgeräte vorhanden. Preis/Leistung stimmen für die Nähe zu den Golfplätzen und den Stränden.

Finca mit sehr guter Lage aber mit Kompromissen

Wir hatten um es kurz zu machen 2 tolle Wochen in dieser Finca.Schöne Umgebung, alles mit Auto gut zu erreichen, ob Strand oder Einkauf. Das Grundstück selbst mit Orangenbäumen klasse, der Pool spitze! Für uns 4 Personen war ausreichend Platz.Was leider nur nicht ganz funktionierte war Folgendes: Das Duscherlebnis in beiden Bädern war unter flackerndem Licht, Wasser kalt und in Tropfen dann leider kein richtiges Erlebnis mehr. Man muss alle elektrischen Geräte (Bsp. Klimaanlage)aus stellen und hatte dann vielleicht Glück wenn das Wasser kam, dann warm wurde und es für eine Person reichte. Oft stand man in der Dusche eingeseift und eingeschäumt und so endete das Duscherlebnis leider dann auch …Wenn man dann wie wir zu 4rt waren, war das immer schwer zu händeln. Das Problem wurde von uns an die sehr nette Hausverwalterin (die wirklich immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit war) weiter gegeben, konnte aber leider nicht geändert werden. Die Toilettenspülungen in beiden Bädern funktionierten aber auch oft „schwerfällig“…Das als Fazit von uns, ansonsten wirklich eine schöne Finca. Die Geräte wie Waschmaschine sind in die Jahre gekommen aber funktionieren. Trotz der Kompromisse hatten wir einen schönen Urlaub.

Unas fantásticas vacaciones familiares en Mallorca!

La casa cumple todas las expectativas del anuncio. Muy cómoda y con todo el equipamiento disponible: utensilios de cocina, aire acondicionado, horno, camas cómodas… Muy cerca de playas preciosas en la zona y bien situada para visitar los distintos rincones de la isla. A destacar la atención, amabilidad y eficiencia de Inma durante nuestra estancia, y la bienvenida con productos de la finca, todos buenísimos! Los niños disfrutaron recolectando naranjas para el zumo de la mañana y bañándose en la piscina, que cada mañana venían a limpiar. En conjunto, una estancia fantástica para toda la familia!

Wunderschöne Finca im Orangenhain

Eine wunderschöne, toll ausgestattete Finca in einem weitläufigen Orangenhain mit Pool. Ein erholsamer Urlaub in einer der schönsten Ecken Mallorcas. Die Einrichtung und das Haus entsprechen absolut den Bildern. Man sollte sich aber bewusst sein, dass das Haus in der Nähe einer Straße liegt, die auch zu hören ist, was uns aber in keinster Weise gestört hat. Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen. Gerne wieder.

Great house for a small family

Very nice house in the country side. Perfect for a small family with max 1-2 children, since the house itself is rather small (kitchen/living room perfect for 3-4 people, but in our eyes too small for more than 4). Since we were a family of 3 we had a great time. Since we had been the first guests after the pause due to the pandemic, the house had some minor problems. However, the communication with the agency was just perfect. Everything was fixed immediately, well communicated and extremely friendly (we were very happy to have gotten a welcome fruit/veggie basket and some water - nice when you arrive in the evening). We would recommend to stock the house a bit better in basic spices like salt and pepper. Overall great stay in a very nice house.

Un lugar tranquilo muy bien comunicado con algunas de las mejores calas de Mallorca cerca.

El sitio nos ha parecido una excelente elección. Las instalaciones de la casa son nuevas y la piscina una maravilla. Mención especial a la atención de las personas responsables (Inma y Miguel Angel) que ha sido impecable, resolviendo cualquier cuestión que les hemos planteado. Recomendable al 100%. .

Entspannter Familienurlaub mit Baby u. Oma

Es war so, wie wir es uns vorgestellt hatten: abseits vom Tourismus gelegen u. ein Haus zum Wohlfühlen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, so dass das Kochen Spaß gemacht hat. Empfangen wurden wir mit einem riesigen Korb mit Gemüse u. Obst aus eigener Ernte, der fast 11 Tage lang reichte, nebst einer Flasche Wein, Wurst u. Salzgebäck. Ein klein wenig hat der Autoverkehr der weiter unten gelegenen Straße gestört, aber am Schluss hörte man ihn gar nicht mehr. Und der Pool hat alles raußgerissen.

Gelungene Oase zum Wohlfühlen und Genießen

Die Finca ist top ausgestattet, auch alle sinnvollen Utensilien sind vorhanden. Schöne Lage, nur die angrenzende Ma-4040 ist zumindest nachts störend laut. Mit geschlossenen Fenstern natürlich vollkommen i. O. Hervorzuheben ist die wirklich umfassende und freundliche Betreuung vor Ort, das kennen wir (leider) bei anderen auch anders. Deswegen 100%ige Weiterempfehlung, wit waren jetzt schon das 2.Mal dort. Ein drittes Mal wird bestimmt folgen...
