"Let's start with the positives: the location is convenient few minutes walk to the beach and the promenade, it's clean and the staff are nice. However the room was tiny, no bathroom toiletries or shelves to keep your own. The place is extremely noisy especially if your room is facing the shop street, while also you can hear all the other guests walking up and down the tile floors, slamming the doors etc. until 4am. Out of 7 nights I managed to get a decent sleep for only a couple of nights. And...

"Nice property in general, helpful staff and close to the beach.
The breakfast buffet is excellent. I stay in a lot of hotels and this was among the best.
Extras such as safe key, tea kettle, beach towels all cost additional money which was the only negative.
Close to the beach and a few restaurants in a less busy area overall.
Overall I recommend this hotel!"

"The hotel is beautiful, location is perfect! Staff are welcoming, rooms are clean. Breakfast is Ok.
Things we didn’t like: no free umbrellas or lounge chairs on the beach, you have to pay for them. No place to refill your water bottle. They don’t change your beach towels everyday."

"Great location a block back from the beach. Near the cafes and restaurants and handy for supermarkets. Always on A/C was a real bonus!
The hotel is ‘adults only’ (16+) but the shared pool isn’t. Screaming kids every time we were there. Some having fun (great) but lots overtired and maungy…
Breakfast was fine but not great.
Overall, we liked the hotel and the staff were absolutely lovely. Good choice for our first Majorca experience. And the island, wow. Go to Palma, Soller, Port de Soller…...

"I spent 4 days at Tonga Tower Hotel with my friend, and we had a wonderful stay. It's a great hotel, and I would definitely come back again.
The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean, cleaned every day, and the towels were changed daily. The food was very good and varied, with plenty of options, so everyone can find something they like.
