"This hotel seems to be a hub for and catering to German travellers. We arrived on a weekend and the hotel felt like it was overbooked! The restaurant is understaffed, and the wait staff there need better customer service training. Being busy and telling your customers politely to wait works … ignoring them for 20 minutes and not looking at them is extremely rude! "had a very disappointing experience. The customer service was poor, and both the bartender and staff were extremely rude and unhelpful throughout my visit. "The room looked nothing like the pictures, we could clearly hear everything from the rooms beside below and above us, including conversations to moving around to using the shower. It kept us up all night. The bathroom is so small your knees will touch the wall if you sit on the toilet. Bed was not very comfortable.. The fact that they won’t allow you to check in after midnight was stressful as we had a night flight to Palma. The wifi was tough.
The luggage storage was helpful.
