Had a very nice stay, The breakfasts were quite good with a daily choice of eggs and meats along with waffles and a variety of beverages. Our room was spacious with good amenities for our 10 day stay. overall, I see me staying here again next year.

I stayed for five days while visiting relatives in the area. I will always stay here in the future. The breakfast was so much better than I expected. Food was fresh, plentiful, and featured many different items from eggs, meats, cereals, pastry, etc. The bed was very comfortable, room was spacious, all in all, very nice. Staff was pleasant and helpful. I like this place!

If I had to issue grades, it would go this way: Front desk staff: A. They were very friendly and helpful, meeting our needs with a smile. Breakfast people: A. There was some variety each day, and they were service-oriented and friendly. Housekeeping: F. They were MIA most of our trip despite repeated requests to clean our room. We had to go to the front desk for towels. When they finally did clean our room on the fourth day, they threw out a bag of souvenirs. It was a pleasant stay except for the whole housekeeping fiasco.

Burst pipe, construction, and mold.

The staff were fantastic—kind, professional, and very accommodating. Unfortunately, our experience was overshadowed by some significant issues. Due to a recent pipe burst or frozen pipe, there’s ongoing construction, which has created serious health concerns. There’s visible mold present, and sheetrock dust is everywhere. My entire family has been sneezing non-stop and experiencing difficulty breathing during our time here. While we understand unforeseen accidents happen, the lack of proper containment or cleanup for the construction area is unacceptable. I hope these issues are resolved soon for the sake of future visitors and the staff working in these conditions. Note: the front desk was in the side stairwell. The staff must have been freezing whenever someone opened the door.
