2/10 Terrible

"I booked two single rooms, neither of them were good. Room 5 had no flushing toilet and really smelled of urine, no cleaning had been done there was loose tobacco in one of the drawers absolutely disgusting. The 2nd room no 20 was just as bad and the bed was broken and almost on the floor, no good if you have a bad back or knees"

Best Western Plus Kenwick Park Hotel

"We stayed in Lodge 15 4 bedrooms was perfect for the 5 of us, lovely clean modern lodge great facilities. However it was really hot and mattresses were really uncomfortable, didn’t get much sleep which was annoying. At breakfast it was really busy and they were short staff so service was slow. Leisure club is brilliant, lovely pool & gym. Annoying that you have to book your hour slot for the pool in advance and pay £1 for towels."

"A really lovely hotel. Our room was really nice, the bed was so comfortable. The staff were really helpful and friendly. The traditional breakfast was one of the best we have had. Would definitely stay there again and would recommend"

Skegness The Royal Hotel

"Hotel needs updating. We paid for a sea view room but not value for money. Needs a thorough clean. Not enough staff and a couple were rude. Don't visit if they have coach party because at breakfast although it states times coach parties are catered for first as tables are reserved for them other guests have to find a table, which we were not told about and when we asked one nember of staff how it works for tables etc..she was so rude and told us if there isn't one available we would just have to wait If you want to book for a meal at the restaurant when coach parties are there you can only have their menu. The male member of staff who was there in the evening was lovely. Glad we only stayed for 2 days. Don't think we will visit again."

"Room was small but very adequate. Unfortunately during my stay there was a heatwave making the room very hot as there was no air con . Fan was provided but still had to take cold showers to cool down . Not the property’s fault there was extreme temperatures. Parking provided . 10mins walk to the town . Overall good stay over ."

Boston West Hotel

8/10 Good

"The hotel was clean and had basically what we needed. Luckily we brought our own fan as there wasn’t one in our room and it was ver hot. The rooms could be made better by having a mini fridge. Security Chain broken on door 10 that needs to be fixed. The restaurant wasn’t great, floors really dirty and there is no one available to regularly clear and clean tables. The water play was turned off at 5:30pm and it was still 27 degrees so that was disappointing. For such a new place I expected cleaner standards in the main building. Overall the stay was cheap and I would stay again."
