"The service at Bridge View was among the worse I have an ever experienced. The staff is extremely nonchalant , poorly trained and clearly not knowledgeable about their work. A barrister kept arguing with me that English breakfast tea which was clearly listed on the menu does not exist as a tea but mean whatever tea they have that you are selecting for your breakfast. The rooms smell very filthy. We had zero room cleaning for our stay. Half of the things on the lunch menu aren’t available. This was meant to be a retreat for me to rest and recuperate but the experience was very negative and I regret wasting my money there. "

" The staff are very good, especially the Reception staff who were very friendly and helpful. Room was very nice and kept clean."  The sleep quality was excellent, and the mattresses felt like sleeping at home. The restaurant's food was tasty and freshly made, and there were various options. The room amenities were nicely done. I will definitely visit here again "
