This detached house, for your exclusive use, is located in the historic center of Solto Collina, a village overlooking Lake Iseo at an altitude of 450 meters. It is situated within the ancient medieval hamlet and is accessible only on foot (cars can be parked in a free public lot 100 meters away). The kitchen/dining area opens onto a garden equipped with a table, chairs, a sun umbrella, sun loungers, and a barbecue; the two bedrooms feature warm wood tones, and there is a bathroom with a bathtub. A separate annex houses a bathroom with a shower/laundry area and a room with a double sofa bed. The private, fenced garden welcomes you with seasonal colors and includes a wooden playhouse filled with toys for children. A fenced lawn behind the house offers plenty of space for your pets to run around. A Finnish hot tub made entirely of wood is also available for your use; in winter, you can enjoy the luxury of a hot outdoor soak, while in summer, you can cool off with a refreshing dip. It offers a truly relaxing wellness experience amidst the quiet of nature and views of the mountains. Free, unlimited Wi-Fi is provided. Pets are welcome (fee: €10 per pet per day, payable in cash upon arrival). Bed linen, towels, and kitchen linens are available upon request for €15 per person, payable in cash upon arrival. The tourist tax is €1 per night (capped at 7 nights) for guests aged 14 and older; payment is due in cash upon departure.
