Feel free to unwind in a beautiful private family home surrounded by pine trees and nature only. This amazing home is set on an isolated Šolta island, just a 50-minute ferry drive from Split. It offers you the comfort and serenity of traditional island life, so simple to love and enjoy. Enjoy the sun on the terrace, have a bottle of the vine, smell the ocean, or just take a few minutes to walk through the woods and find your private beach with a crystal clear sea.

The villa has been in our family for several years, built in the traditional Mediterranean stone style, set in a pine forest isolated from crowded places and people. Amazing views, pure nature, easy island life, Mediterranean cuisine, and your ECO-friendly property with a garden, jet just a few minutes walk from the ocean where you can pick your spot to enjoy the sun and sea.

This property fits 6 adults + 1 baby or toddler.

Traditional island family house includes 2 separate fully equipped accommodations, the big upper part of the house, and a lovely fully equipped couple apartment under the main terrace. Both are connected with a large common terrace on top perfect for relaxing with an ocean view, view of the city of Split, ferry port, and bay of Rogač.

This interesting accommodation offers you total privacy in a serene setting on the amazing island of Šolta. Accommodation includes your own entry on the front yard with a big barbecue (grill) and Mediterranean garden that makes you feel like a home away from home, which makes this property perfect for relaxing from crowded tourist destinations.

This might be your place to escape from crowded tourist places and find your own slice of paradise. We provide the extra clean and disinfected property with super-fast WiFi, comfy for kids, and longer stays.

The apartment is also fully equipped with cleaning equipment and is there for guests to use and keep high hygiene standards.
Extra linen and towels are available at any time.
The kitchen is disinfected after every checkout, and essential spices are in the kitchen (salt, paper, sugar).
The washing machine is inside the apartment and only for your internal use.

Beautiful Šolta island is located 50 min ferry drive (people and vehicles) or 20 min speedboat drive (people only) from Split. This property is a 15-minute walk from the Rogač ferry port or just a few minutes car drive. Main village Grohote, with all necessary for living (supermarket, local market with fresh fruits and veggies, post, ATM, pharmacy, local doctor), is a 20-minute walk or just a 5-minute car drive. So the property's very accessible location is perfect for guests with or without a car.

Fantastic holiday home

If you are looking voor a peacefull, relaxing time in a fully renovated, but still very authentic house, you're in the right spot! Owner is very helpfull, he stays in a cottage near the house, never intrusive, always ready to help or answer questions. He even picked us up at the ferry with his scooter to show us the way. Beaches nearby, but keep in mind you have to hike a bit, our 4 year old didn"t seem to mind. The house itself is very well equipped and the views are fantastic. We highly recommend!
