Bedroom one features a king bed and a twin sized day bed with a twin sized trundle, attached master bath with a shower and jetted bathtub. Bedroom two features two queen beds and attached bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Bedroom three features two sets of twin bunk beds, just down the hall from the bathroom. Ensuring a comfortable night's sleep for all guests. Three twin roll aways beds can be requested (prior to arrival) adding two sleeping spaces in bedroom one and one additional space in bedroom three. With a well-equipped kitchen and ample dinning seats for everyone this home is perfect for hosting a family gathering, birthday party or just a relaxing weekend away. Enjoy a quiet night around the firepit and play yard games. The basement rec area is the perfect place to gather, watch a game, shoot pool or play games. Right in the heart of the corridor you are a short driving distance to Iowa City ( Go Hawks ), Cedar Rapids, North Liberty or Mount Vernon. We are just minutes to MacBride State Park where you can relax on the beach, rent a pontoon, kayaks or paddle boat. Need for speed? Coralville Lake has jet ski rentals and pontoon rentals. Great host! Communication was exceptional for the start. We used the house to host 9 disabled veterans and the finished lower level with the sliders was perfect. We rented this property for a large group, and we were beyond impressed with everything. The host was very friendly and accommodating. The place was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of amenities. It's in a great location on Coralville Lake, and is a short journey to Lake MacBride. Next time we're in the area, I'll be looking for this place again.

This property is absolutely amazing! We couldn't recommend it enough! The home is beautiful! Every room is gorgeous! And the host has put so much thought into every need of the guests staying there! We had a large group of friends coming together for the weekend, and everyone was just blown away by how amazing this place is. We will 100% be coming back to this property for future get togethers

There's a little path behind the house that leads to a beautiful lake. We took an evening swim and it was amazing!

Beautiful Home Perfect for Our Bachelorette Party!

We had the most amazing stay! The house was absolutely beautiful and perfect for our group of 15. We were welcomed with music playing, a thoughtful gift basket with s’mores, and a sweet note congratulating the bride, such a personal and heartwarming touch!The home was stocked with everything we needed, plenty of utensils, games, and space to spread out and relax. The hosts were incredibly accommodating and even brought us extra ice when we needed it.Every detail was above and beyond. This was the best rental we've ever stayed at. Been staying at rental properties for well over a decade and this was the best of the bunch. Photos and listing are extremely accurate and they are actually well stocked with what they list. First rental I've seen have extra crib sheets for a pack n play, plethora of paper towels, Tupperware for leftovers, bug spray and sun screen .... the list goes on. They even had a spare propane tank which we used when the gas fireplace ran out making smores with the kids. Will look to stay here in the future anytime we're back in the Iowa City area!

The lake front home exceeded our expectations! The house is much larger than it looks. We enjoyed the week-end for an Iowa tailgate. The basement was an entertaining dream. We played pool, watched a movie, had happy hour and dinner. Some of the group went upstairs to the extended rectangle table to play games. We had plenty of beds and lots of space on the comfy couches. I think we had 4 people sleeping on the coaches because they were so comfy. The beds were also very comfortable. Soft linens and towels. The entire house is meticulously maintained. Plenty of parking. Also, there are so many little touches that weren’t necessary but definitely appreciated. For example, lots of flavored k-cups, little creamers, all the utensils, paper towels, games, etc. Also there are a ton of yard games in the garage. I wasn’t expecting to canoe in October, but after a quick walk down the trail to the lake edge, we decided to take them out for a little bit. It was so beautiful.Tiffany was extremely friendly and prompt with her responses. Will stay here again!!!

We stayed here for my son's wedding with family. This property was absolutely amazing. Plenty of room for everyone and tucked away so make you feel like it was just us.
