Cozy casita totally refurbished, comfortable and urban with a perfect and equipped kitchen, a bathroom not very big but comfortable with a shower, a double room, with a lot of natural light and 100m from the Plaza de Soller and 25m from c / la Luna, where You can find shops, bars and restaurants for a perfect vacation.

It is a house has three floors, entrance hall, in the middle of the kitchen and upstairs bathroom and bedroom, and in the basement laundry.

Parking spaces available upon request at a small extra cost.

Great property in the heart of Soller

Fantastic stay in charming Soller. The apartment is gorgeous and has everything you need. Magdalena is a very helpful host and checking in and out of the apartment was super easy. If you are looking to stay in Soller I would highly recommend Magdalenas place.

A very happy New Year

We stayed at Magdalena’s property for 5 nights over New Year, with the primary aim of hiking on the mountains surrounding Soller. The property is perfectly located on a quiet street just off of the main square. An easy walk to dinner in the town restaurants ( limited number open at this time of year) and for the New Year festivities ( great fun and very lively !) but we were also able to walk to the Port of Soller and Deia from the front door ! Fabulous. If you have a car speak to Magdalena about the private underground car park space mentioned in the particulars. It is 5 minutes walk to the house and easy with wheeled cases. The car was safe there during our stay. The house is over 4 levels including the laundry in the basement and it is all metal stairs so take slippers and strong legs ! Spotlessly clean ( and I am very picky) with lots of towels and tea towels and lovely bedding. A small selection of teas and coffees but you will need to bring / shop for everything else if you wish to self cater. We have asked Magdalena to provide instructions for the oven and heating as we struggled initially and are seasoned travellers. Magdalena was very quick to respond to any questions before and during our stay and her daughter even popped round to help us with the oven ! A very happy New Year in this pretty home !

Süßes Appartement mitten in Sóller

Die 3 stöckige Wohnung ist total Schön und genau wie auf den Fotos. Perfekt für ein paar Tage entspannten Urlaub. Die Stadt Sóller ist total schön und gemütlich. Man ist wirklich direkt im Zentrum der kleinen Stadt. Um an den Strand zukommen ist ein Auto allerdings praktisch, da es mit den Öffentlichen etwas lange dauern würde.

Superbe appartement sur 2 étages

L'appartement est très bien situé puisqu'il est à 1 minute à pied de la place principale. Il est très bien décoré, moderne, et très bien équipé (lave vaisselle, machine à laver et sèche linge). Comme il se situe au centre, les parkings à proximité sont payants de 9h à 20h pour la plupart.

Fabulous townhouse in great location

Beautifully renovated, and very comfortable. The location was perfect, being close to the main square but down a quiet alleyway. We would definitely stay here again. Just to note there is an error in the headline listing - only one bathroom, not two but that aside, it's a fabulous home

Super für einen Kurzurlaub abseits der Touristenströme

Die Unterkunft ist zentral und dennoch ruhig gelegen. Parkplätze stehen in der näheren Umgebung zur Verfügung. Das Haus ist modern und mit guten Klimaanlagen ausgestattet. Alles war ordentlich und sauber und auch eine kleine kulinarische Überraschung aus der Region gab es bei der Ankunft .
