The cosy holiday apartment is on the 3rd floor (accessible by lift), is ideal for families, and has a living/dining room with a well-equipped kitchenette, 2 bedrooms, and a bathroom, accommodating up to 4 people. The lovingly furnished accommodation is also equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a TV, a baby bed, and a highchair. The highlight of the accommodation is a large covered balcony, where you can enjoy meals together while taking in the fantastic location. Here you have a partial view of the hillside and the sea. Die Wohnung liegt direkt am schönsten Strandabschnitt in Port de Soller. Die Wohnung liegt im dritten OG. Wer Räder geliehen hat, muss sich darauf einstellen sie stets nach oben zu tragen über die enge Treppe. Im EG darf nichts abgestellt werden. Die Betten sind zudem sehr schlecht. Küche und Wohnzimmer sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Leider alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig. Morgens ab 6 Uhr wird man geweckt durch die Reinigungsdienste auf der Straße. Bezahltes Parken vor der Haustür, das streng kontrolliert wird. Trotz der Nachteile: 1A Lage.
