Mountain railway 10 km, ski lift 10 km, slopes 10 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Galsterberg 10 km, Hauser Kaibling 14 km. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence.

Fully renovated in 2023, beautiful and cosy furnishings: entrance hall with 1 sofabed and satellite TV (flat screen). 1 double bedroom with hand-basin. 1 double bedroom with sloping ceilings with hand-basin. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine) with dining table and satellite TV (flat screen). Shower/WC. Parquet floors.
