Great Staff, v comfortable, quiet, excellent breakfast.
Wanted to charge us for early check in so checked in later.
No room upgrade.
Overall a good stay and enjoyable hotel as staff were v helpful.

The place is amazing, the staff is welcoming but in the restaurants / cafe / bar they can be a bit slow, really attentive but slow. The property makes up for it, great beds, great accommodation and good food.

Extremely wonderful staff throughout. Ver y enjoyable to swim lap pool and work out in gym...breakfast superb...room quiet and bedding particularly luxurious...this was our 2nd stay, and definitely will return.

Good property. I was thinking more of it like the Faena in Miami FL. The windows in this hotel are very thin. You hear everything outside, cars driving, cars racing, car mufflers. Overall a good experience.
