Private Home on the Kenai River at Gull's Landing

2700 Sq. ft. river home with plenty of room for families, reunions, group fishing trips, corporate getaways, weddings, and other large gatherings, with room to spare! Newly remodeled with all amenities included. Bedrooms include the option of two twins for our fishing groups who don't want to share a bed, OR a king for each room for a couple's retreat! Contact host for additional guest accommodations!
Private access to the Kenai River, just walk out the back door and down the steps! Warmth radiates from our very large sunroom with massive windows and views overlooking the river. If you're lucky, watch the resident eagle catch fish and perch on the trees right outside. Convenient to stores, restaurants, coffee shops, and local drinking establishments. Make your getaway memorable at Gull's Landing.

We had a wonderful stay at Kimberly’s place! The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. Kimberly was a fantastic host—very responsive, thoughtful, and made sure everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. The location was great and felt like a home away from home. Fantastic property for a stay in Soldotna

This was the perfect property for our family that included 6 adults and one child. It is just as described. There is plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy the beautiful view of the river. The location is fabulous on the river and a good driving distance for day trips to Homer and Seward. Highly recommend this home if you are looking to stay in Soldotna.

This home was perfect for my families getaway. It allowed us to fish, and be involved in the community events over the 4th of July. Very clean, and the host and owner kept in great touch with us. Highly recommend and will likely be returning guests.

Great Alaska Vacation 2023

This was a property that did not disappoint. The house was exactly as it was listed. It provided every amenity we needed. Close to town, grocery store, breweries. The access to the river was wonderful. Appreciated the spacious house with attached garage so we were able to keep all fishing necessities outside. We are hoping we can return to this fabulous property.

Great Location!

We had a great stay at this rental! The house is clean and very spacious. Well equipped and all set up for fish cleaning as well! My family loved that we could fish right there at the house. You can’t beat this location. The property manager Kim was fantastic and very helpful!
