Split Level Home.Walking distance to Kenai River.Aluminum walkways & platform for fishing.Quiet & relaxing atmosphere.9 hole golf course, 3 blocks away & short drive to Brown's lake to see the Kenai Mountains as a backdrop to lake. Incredible view no doubt. Nice large wraparound yard for yard games, circle driveway and large parking area and great for parking your toys. Jetted tub in master suite, WiFi, large horse shoe pits on property, fire pit and hotdog sticks, *sorry wood is not currently provided*, stationary bike and elliptical machines downstairs and available 24/7. On your drive out and while hanging out, watch for bear/caribou/moose/wolf/coyotes/rabbits/squirrels and over 30 different species of birds seen on or very close to this property. You never know what you’ll see out here. Funny River is like no other! We love sharing our Alaskan home with you and glad you're going to stay awhile! No need to remove your shoes just come on in & take a load off.

Lori’s home was just what we needed. Comfortable beds, beautiful yard, and plenty of parking. It’s a good distance from town, so be sure to have what you need when you head there. My only suggestion is to offer a few more spices/sugar for coffee. In short, we were very happy with our stay,

Lovely getaway for a few days of relaxation and fishing.

This was a beautiful rural location with a clean and lovely home and a nicely kept yard to relax in. We spent a lot of time playing horseshoes, using the fire pit for marshmallows and hotdogs and just sitting at the outdoor table to enjoy a meal. It was a few miles out of town but that was part of the appeal for us. We prefer somewhere more rural but it wasn’t so far you will regret the drive. It’s a beautiful drive anyway!Our host was very responsive with communicating and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. We would definitely come back to this home!
