Your suite includes all appliances, dishes and linens; all you need to bring is your toothbrush and your favorite coffee! Some of the many features of the apartment are central heating , central vacuum, private fishing dock and sun deck just to name a few. You are just three minutes from shopping and dining but you will feel the peace and quiet of the country with nature all around you. The breath-taking view of the Kenai River is just outside your door !! You'll be able to fish from the dock all summer, and our convenient fish cleaning station will make preparing your catch even easier and vacuum sealer ( bag not provided ). We also provide a huge deep freezer for your catch! Cable and WI-FI are also provided . Soldotna is the perfect location for your Alaskan adventure. We are 3 hours from Anchorage, close to the Russian River, Homer & Seward and just few miles from shops and restaurants.

This apartment is available to rent for 1 day, 1 week, 1 month or 1 year at a time. Price is different for the length of time you stay and for the time of year you wish to stay with us. Please call me to discuss your preferences and the current daily/weekly/monthly/annual cost.
