This one is difficult to rate. The staff were very good, location was perfect, bed was comfortable, air conditioning was good. So those are the good points. But the place is just badly designed to an annoying degree. First, the bathroom was clean, but had a bad smell, presumably from the pipes. So if I left the door closed, when I went in, it would be horrible, if I left it open, the whole room would smell bad, but not AS bad. There's a light sensor to automatically turn on the hallway light, but if you move your legs while in bed, it often triggers, woke me up several times with the light suddenly coming on. There's no chairs in the rooms, so if you need to sit and work, it's terrible. The elevators have separate call buttons for the left and right one, so you have to try to guess the one that is going to be quicker, or be annoying and press both buttons, slowing things down for everyone. So it's not a bad hotel, it's just annoying and not ideal when there are better alternatives nearby (that were booked out on the days of my trip sadly).

Great service from check in to checkout. Very short walk to the beach, shopping area, restaurants. Easy access to transportation stations. Highly recommended. Surely book again this hotel for another visit.

Check in and out is via Kiosk, simple and easy system. AC is tied to lights and uses door key to keep them on, room got quite hot while I was out. 3 business cards fixed the issue. Light on door said Key in Use, indicating the door key was in the light slot, could be a security issue. Toilet seat was not fastened properly and bidet did not work. Common kitchen was stocked with tea, coffee and ice as well as eating utensils. Bed was comfortable, location was fantastic, two blocks to night market and two blocks to subway. TV had Netflix, YouTube and Prime apps installed. Good place to sleep while exploring Seoul if you don’t need a gym or pool.

There was cockrouches in the room and when we call the number the phone number has changed and had to call another number and after that they send someone later and just sprayed bug killer inside the room but it affected more my kids than the roaches after he left rouches were in the room running around.. we saw 2 of them.. not recommend..
