On a l'impression de remonter le temps car beaucoup de magasins et hรดtels sont fermรฉs/abandonnรฉs autour de cette zone, comme si le passรฉ glorieux de cet endroit avait pris fin. Concernant l'hรฉbergement en lui-mรชme, il est simple mais efficace. La chambre est propre, รฉquipรฉe d'une climatisation rรฉversible, d'un chauffage au sol et d'un lit chauffant en cas de basses tempรฉratures. Un petit-dรฉjeuner est proposรฉ gratuitement (pains grillรฉs, beurre, confiture, cafรฉ, pรขte ร  tartiner, yaourt, jus...). C'est un hรฉbergement qui permet d'accรฉder facilement au parc de Seoraksan pour profiter des sentiers de randonnรฉe bien amรฉnagรฉs (bus rรฉguliers). On peut aussi trรจs bien envisager de dormir sur la ville de Sokcho, ce qui rallonge le trajet en bus pour se rendre au parc de Seoraksan mais permet de profiter de plus d'activitรฉ en fin de journรฉe (plage, commerces, restaurants, bars...).
