쌉니다. 하지만 싼 만큼 부족한 면도 있습니다. 일단, 청소 상태가 불량합니다. 바닥에 눌러붙은 음식물 자국이 그대로 남아있습니다. 욕실에 머리카락(?) 붙어있는 쓰다 만 비누들은 제발 좀 치워주시길... 그 외에는 가격 생각하면 모두 양호한 수준입니다

화장실만 깨끗하고 청소를 한것 같지않은 상태에 이불에서도 냄새났다 속초자주와서 숙박하지만 여기는 다시는 오고싶지않다 분명 네명 이라 했는데 늦게 도착해서 그런지 이불도 주다말아서 춥게 잤다 리뷰는 믿을게 못된다 겉만 멀쩡하고 안은 정말 냄새나고 더럽다

위치좋고 가성비 최고. 지하 주차장이 복잡한 것은 단점이나 장점이 더 크기에 감수 가능. 미리미리 연락주고 문의에 친절히 응답함. 속초에 다시 온다면 꼭 먼저 찾고싶은 곳. 강아지랑 함께 올 수 있어 더더욱 좋은 곳!

내부 시설은 원룸이구요 조리도 가능하고 세탁기도 있어 편리했읍니다 항구를 바라볼수 있는 뷰여서 좋았읍니다 속초 중앙시장이 오분거리라 위치도 좋았고 다만 조식부페는 이용불가 여서 아쉽더군요

호스트가 객실을 매입해서 렌탈하시는건지 1층로비 직원과는 아무 연관이 없는 숙소입니다. 때문에 입실시 호스트한테 문자로 차번호를 꼭 남겨야 합니다. 저희는 호텔측과 호스트가 다를거라 생각을 못하고 있다가 난감했습니다. 입실시 지하주차장이 만차라 외부주차장에 주차 후 로비에 말했더니 등록을 해주더라구요. 그러고 저녁에 다시 돌아와 지하주차장에 자리가 났길래 주차해두고 다음날 아침 퇴실하면서 지하주차장도 따로 번호를 등록해야 나갈 수 있는지 로비에 물었더니 로비에서는 호스트와 따로 연락해보라고 하더군요. 여기서 잘못됨을 느낌.. 아침 일찍이라(8시 조금 넘은 시간) 호스트와는 연락이 안돼 주차비를 내고 나가야되나 난감하던 차에 로비 직원분 사정을 들으시곤 등록을 해주셔서 겨우 나왔습니다. (원래는 안된다고 하네요) 차로 오시는 분들은 이 부분 숙지하시고 꼭 번호 미리 남기시면 난감하실 일 없을거라 생각됩니다. 숙소 자체는 걸어서 중앙시장 갈 수 있어 좋구요, 바로 아래에 편의점도 크게 있습니다. 장기 투숙 하시는 분들이 있는지 빨래방도 있구욬 방 컨디션도 괜찮았습니다. 테라스 전망도 좋구요. 어른2아이1 자기에 딱 적당한 크기입니다. 다만 욕실이 보기엔 청결한데 문을 열어두면 역한 냄새가 났고 수건에서도 꿉꿉한 냄새가 났습니다. ㅠㅠ 또 침구가 흰 시트인데 오염자국이 보여 약간 아쉬웠구요. 이점만 개선되면 가성비 괜찮은 숙소일듯 싶습니다.

숙소 위치와 바다뷰가 정말 마음에 들었어요 식기류 청결상태는 신경을 더 써야할것 같아요 먼지가 그대로 보여서 좀 아쉬웠네요 그래도 가족여행 즐겁게 잘 하고와서 다음에 또 이용하고픈 마음이네요^^

주말을 피한 여행이어서 더욱 좋았고 3박 만족스럽게 쉬다 왔습니다. 19층이다보니 뷰가 너무 좋았어요. 오피스텔 같은 느낌이었지만 샤워시설 난방, 바다뷰, 주방시설등 반려견포함 우리 세식구 너무 좋았어요. 특히 마지막 날 선글라스 두고 왔는데 친절하게 택배 보내주시기로 해서 너무 감사했습니다^^ 사장님 감사합니다 😂 우리

잘 이용하고 왔습니다.

방에서 이렇게 일출 전 과정을 본 적은 처음인거 같아요. 시원하게 뻥 뚫린 바다전망과 깔끔한 시설, 충분한 편의시설로 매우 편하게 이용했습니다. 또한 애견동반으로 이용하기에 아주 좋았습니다. 다시 이용할 의향 있습니다. 단, 조금 느린 엘리베이터(정체 발생)와 약간 부족한 주차시설이 아쉬웠습니다.
