  • Charming Rustico with beautiful private pool on a hillside with stunning lake views in the hills (196 m) of Valtenesi in the picturesque village of Soiano del Lago.

    Rustico Belvedere is a spacious three-storey stone house with spectacular views of Lake Garda.

    The cottage has 2 bedrooms for the guests with private bathroom with shower, one is located in the attic with lake view and with air conditioning and one in the basement with private access from the yard. In the entrance you will find a living-kitchen-dining area with satellite TV and a very well equipped kitchen with coffee maker, toaster, induction cooker and dishwasher.

    One of the highlights of Rusticos is a private swimming pool with lake view, which you reach via a few steps in the garden.

    Here you will find absolute peace and relaxation and enjoy a unique panoramic view over Lake Garda from Manerba to Sirmione and Lazise. The gorgeous, spacious garden with several sitting areas will surely be your favorite spot, especially on warm, long barbecues, there is also a small fridge and a sink. You can start the day with a refreshing swim in the pool.

    In the garden you can help yourself to the fresh herbs to refine your meals and with the dining table and garden chairs invites you to stay outdoors.

    The area with pool is for sole use and only you live in the Rustico!

    A landscape like in a picture book lies at your feet, the rustic charm of the traditional farmhouse envelops you softly like a silk scarf - here you can relax and forget the stress

    Here you can go for long walks or bike rides. Lake Garda with its picturesque villages and restaurants is around six kilometers away. It takes about three quarters of an hour (50 kilometers) to get to Verona.

    The car can be parked at the free parking only 200 meters and Internet connection is available. It is strictly forbidden to charge the electric car with the house electricity.



    To spend a day full of fun, the famous parks such as Gardaland, Movieland or the Caneva water park, are about 35 km away. Ask for discounted tickets at your check-in.

Ein wunderschönes Urlaubsdomizil

Tolle Lage, schöner kleiner ruhiger Ort, super Aussicht. Gut zweckmäßig eingerichtetes Rustico, alles da was man braucht, schöne Frühstücksterrasse aussen, guter Grillplatz und ein sehr schöner Pool. Man ist für sich, ist aber binnen 10-15 Minuten bei Supermärkten etc. Pizzeria in Soiano sehr zu empfehlen. Zum See ca. 20 Minuten. Haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen sicher wieder. Alles Top

Das Anwesen ist wirklich super. Sauberkeit und Ausstattung sind sehr gut. Bäder sind sauber und neuwertig. Man hat alle Möglichkeiten sich zu entspannen. Soiano ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Biketouren. Eine klare Weiterempfehlung.

Wunderschöner Garten

Der Garten und Pool sind wunderschön angelegt und laden zur Entspannung ein. Durch die Schlafzimmer auf verschiedenen Ebenen kann man sich auch bei 4 Personen etwas aus dem Weg gehen wenn man es braucht. Auch im Garten ist das gut möglich. Trotzdem kann man im Garten als auch im Wohnzimmer gemeinsam Zeit verbringen. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Die Kochutensilien sind etwas sporadisch und schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Der Wasserdruck in der unteren Dusche ist sehr gering, zum Haarewaschen eher schwierig. Wenig Schattenplätze im Garten.

Tolles Rustico Haus

Wir waren zu 4 und hatten einen bequemen Check-In durch das Team von FeWo erhalten. Die Unterkunft war sauber, hatte alles wie in der Beschreibung beschrieben. 2 Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss und eines im Untergeschoss. Lebensmittelpunkt war das Wohnzimmer und die Küche. Alles in allem war alles sauber. Den Pool konnten wir leider (zu frisch im Oktober) nicht benutzen aber die Gartenanlage und der vorhandene Grill sind perfekt um bei Sonnenschein draußen zu verweilen. Wir können die Unterkunft bestens empfehlen. Zum See sind es nur ein paar Minuten mit dem Auto und alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in ein paar Minuten erreichbar. In 2 min. Fussweg ist eine Bar/Cafe zu erreichen. Ebenfalls gibt es ein gutes Restaurant welches auch nur 2 min. zu Fuss erreichbar ist.

Wir haben alles so angetroffen wie wie auf ihrer Internetseite beschrieben.

Die Pflege und Sauberkeit der gesamten Anlage, der traumhaft schöne Ausblick auf den See und die absolute Ruhe die man dort sehr schön genießen kann. Nicht zu vergessen das sehr freundliche Personal. Man fühlt sich einfach nur wohl. Der Pool einfach toll und immer sehr sauber. Es war ein richtig toller und erholsamer Urlaub, sehr empfehlenswert !!!! Fliegengitter vor allen Fenstern und Türen, da es durch die Gartenbewässerungsanlage sehr viele Mücken gibt, ansonsten alles prima.
