Apartment 'Abaye 5 Barolo - Charm' with Lake View, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning
A modern and creative environment with a lake view and large living spaces. The cozy apartment with an industrial design is located on the second floor of the old monastery and has two floors.
Four to six guests can stay overnight in this apartment. On the second floor is the living area with a lake view equipped with a large sofa bed with an extra-comfortable 18-cm mattress measuring 160 x 210 cm. The bedroom with balcony is furnished with a king-size bed consisting of two 90 x 200 cm mattresses, which can be separated on request, and a large bathroom with shower equipped with RGB lights for chromotherapy. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, induction hob, oven and all necessary kitchen accessories. A beautiful corten staircase leads to the attic, where there is a bedroom and a bathroom. The bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed consisting of two 90 x 200 cm mattresses, which can be separated on request, and its own bathroom with a shower equipped with RGB lights.
Heating and air conditioning is provided by heat pumps and boilers, and there is no gas source.Forced recirculation of the area is provided in the apartments to ensure excellent climate and comfort.
Possibility of charging for electric cars. The facility is not suitable for families.
The accommodation features a shared saltwater pool.
The type of furniture and the level of safety of the exteriors are not suitable for guests between the ages of 2 and 14.
Convenient location allows walking distance to an artisan bakery with convenience store (50 m) and several well-known restaurants.
One of the most beautiful bike paths of Lake Garda (Lonato - Salò) passes 300 m away. Located on an internal road, one can easily reach Desenzano, Salò and Brescia, largely avoiding the summer traffic of the Gardesana occidentale.
The Beaches and marina of Moniga del Garda is 2 km away, and it is the same distance to comfortably reach Garda Golf in Soiano del Lago.
The qc Terme del Garde on the other hand are approx. 3 km away and can be reached comfortably by bicycle.

Tolles Haus mit außergewöhnlicher Ausstattung
Pros: Die Wohnung ist toll und außergewöhnlich ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts, das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt und sehr gepflegt. Für die PKW‘s steht ein Carport zur Verfügung. Die Gastgeber wohnen direkt neben an. Sie sind sehr herzlich, kümmern sich um alles und sind immer ansprechbar.
Cons: Das Haus liegt ein gutes Stück oberhalb des Gardasees an einer sehr steilen Straße (teilweise ohne Bürgersteig). Von dort ist nichts zu Fuß erreichbar
