Kein Best Western Standard!

Insgesamt kein Best Western Standard. Unfreundlicher Service an der Rezeption. Die Tischdecken im Früstücksraum waren sehr dreckig. Es gab nur Toast oder pappelige weiße Brötchen, keine Körnerbrötchen. Ansonsten war alles da. Bei Abreise um 4 Uhr morgens gab es keine Frühstücksbox mit der frechen Bemerkung ich hätte ja keine geordert. Wenn ich mich um 4 Uhr wecken lasse und ein Taxi bestelle, gehe ich davon aus, da es noch kein Frühstück gibt, das man mir etwas anbietet.

Komfortables Hotel

Gutes Hotel, etwas ausserhalb des Zentrums, das schnell erreichbar ist (5-10min) mit mehreren Buslinien. Das Hotel hat sehr grosse Zimmer, mit Balkon und im Sommer gibts auch einen Pool. Reichhaltiges Fruehsteuck.

Très grande déception

j'ai réservé une chambre double sur hotels.com le 22 juillet et en arrivant à l'hôtel le 8 septembre 2016 , on nous dit que la chambre qui nous était réservée posait problème et qu'ils n'avaient pas de chambre équivalente pour nous ( mon épouse et moi ) : c'est la stupéfaction ! on nous envoya dans un autre hôtel beaucoup plus éloigné du centre ville , et moins cher que le leur !!! Surbooking ? Arnaque organisée entre hôtels ? On a dû prendre un taxi à chaque fois que nous allions au centre ville ( et retour à l'hôtel )=frais supplémentaires , et avons perdu beaucoup de temps. Nous sommes dépités et avons informé hotels.com ( on attend le résultat de notre demande )

ブルガリアに期待しては駄目

いきなり前の客がチェックアウトしたばかりの清掃前の部屋のキーを貰ってビックリ。広い部屋に替えてくれた。 朝食は1年前と比べて落ちた。シェフが替わった様だ。食べたい物が殆ど無い。10時から隣のレストランが開くのでそこで食べる方が良い。このレストランはソフィアでも美味しい方だと思う。ブルガリア全部に言える事だが日本の様なサービス設備を期待してはいけない。基本は何処も期待しない事。もし良ければラッキーと思う事です。

Hotel mit Potential,

Für eine Geschäftsreise mit 2 Übernachtungen buchte ich dieses Hotel. Hauptsächlich wegen der guten, zentralen Lage... Das Zimmer im 7ten Stock war geräumig und sauber. Leider funkioniert die Heizung nur sehr schwach. 16 Grad sind etwas wenig. Der Zimmerservice war sehr freundlich und bemühmt hat aber Verständnisprobleme. Das Frühstückangebot war umfangreich. Leider waren an beiden Tage die Aufwärmgeräte defekt. Das Rührei und Würstchen nur handwarm waren. Was jederdoch weder Koch noch Keller wirklich störte...

Nice hotel

Stayed here to go to a local concert. Was 10 mins walk away. Easy to get to from the airport and metro is 5 mins walk to get into sofia. Busses go just 2 mins walk from the hotel too. Reception was friendly and helpful all the time I stayed. Had a great stay here.

Europesta keskustaan lähes 3km

Sijainti hankalan kapean kadun varrella. Vieressä Supermarket ja Cash-machine. Kellarissa ahtaasti ajettava P-tila autolle. Huone tilava, vähän tunkkainen haju (kokolattiamatto). Monipuolinen aamupala. Pool vähäisellä käytöllä, ei oikein auringossa. Ehkä kaikki ei ravintolakoulua käyneet, mm. olin saada konjakin vesilasissa. Service in English yllättävän hyvin hotellissa ja koko maassa (Mustalla merellä, Rila-vuoristolla jonka monasterya suosittelen must-paikkana).

Ich habe dort zwei Nächte übernachtet und auch das angebotene Frühstück eingenommen.Frühstück war reichhaltig .Mein Zimmer war nicht richtig sauber,auch Bad und Toilette genügten normalen Ansprüchen nicht. Die Stomsicherungen haben bei Benutzung laute schnarrende Geräusche gemacht.Da s konnte nur durch Abschalten durch das Herausnehmen der Zimmerkarte aus dem Schacht beendet werden.Dann ging im Zimmer kein Elektogerät mehr.

Excellent hotel, excellent location

I am traveling to Sofia 3 or 4 times a year for a business. This hotel was recommended to me by a business acquaintance, and I have been staying in the hotel for the past 4 years. The hotel location is perfect; it is on a quiet street and in the same time very close to the center and close to the airport (about 10 minutes by a taxi to both). The hotel has a very good access to public transportation and many of stores nearby. Staff is always very polite and friendly. Breakfast is a lavish buffet with a lot of choices. Rooms are very clean, quiet and comfortable, all with LCD TV’s and very fast Wi-Fi.

Nice staff and convenient location. This is new hotel which is poorly maintained. Rooms are big but dirty and dusty. The fresh bananas served at breakfast were black, instead of being thrown away they were served to the guests.

Best Western Hotel Europe, Bulgaria

Hotelli sijaitsee hieman sivussa keskustaan vievästä kadusta, josta pääsee taksilla tai yleisillä kulkuneuvoilla helposti ja nopeasti keskustaan. Hotelli siisti ja rauhallinen. Ympäristö ei mitenkään mairitteleva. Hotellin kulmalla elintarvikekauppa, jos sattuu tarvitsemaan jotain kotiin unohtunutta. Aamupala hyvä, joskaan ei kovin monipuolinen, mutta ihan riittävä. Lapsiperheille en suosittelisi. Hotellin pihassa uima-allas, ei päästy kokeilemaan, oli vielä tyhjä. Lähellä vehreä puisto, muut nähtädyydet keskustassa pienen matkan päässä.

Best Western Europe- hard to find

This hotel was very difficult to find as did not have sat nav. Arrived at 10pm and was only one pizza rest. nearby to eat. Hotel staff helpful and pleasant but there was only one duvet on bed (should have been two) and only two small towels in bathroom (no bath towels). Would not return to this hotel.
