"Hot water at the sink needs to be fixed or inform guests that there is no hot water there. Also inform guests that they have to physically turn on the hot water and wait before showing. "

"I’m so happy they are building new hotels in the area … this just might be the last time I stay here the hotel has become so run down , dirty , unclean and the fact that the pool is open to the public … not cool … always running out of breakfast and takes them 20-30 minutes to restock … don’t get meat after on the elevator always shutting down mid lift. "Overpriced premium business hotel well located. 300 USD a night with no breakfast, no minibar, no cleaning (unless you ask I guess) and $25 a small glass of everyday red wine, no thanks, the oil money is going quickly to local entrepreneurs head, a pity"
