Easy walk to any place in Sodus Point! Immaculate, everything updated, thoughtful charming decor!

This place is not "too good to be true!" It is exactly as portrayed and very comfortable! Hosts are responsive, and the home is perfectly delightful! I loved the decor and antiques. Beds are comfortable and everything feels so fresh and new! Not a speck of dust anywhere. It is an easy walk to everything in Sodus Point - just a short block to get to the old lighthouse or Bay St. Restaurant. There are wonderful places to gather on the front porch, large dining area or living room. A grill and picnic table are provided out back. The full kitchen is wonderfully appointed, and lovely touches appreciated in the two full bathrooms. Second floor laundry, too! My only caution to mention might be the steep stairs to the second floor. There is a first floor bathroom and flexible first floor bedroom (not sure size of convertible bed.) We just used upstairs bedrooms. We can't wait to go back!! Recommend this property very highly.

A short walk to the lighthouse museum and all the restaurants, and charmingly decorated. It was the nicest equipped home we have ever rented, with coffee/tea and even Tide pods and fresh flowers on the table. Would make a point to try to stay here again if we are ever in the area again. Perfection!

Excellent home. Well stocked. Nice linens, towels, beach towels. Front porch is lovely. You can walk to the restaurants and bars. The only thing that would have made our stay better is if there had been a gas grill. There's a charcoal grill, but it is small and we were cooking for 8 friends. Thanks.

Visiting family.

Came to visit family and friends and to participate in a golf tournament. Course was Port Bay golf club. Beautiful course in Wolcott NY. This was a perfect place because it was so close to everything we wanted to do. There were only two of us so it was plenty spacious. Nice to be able to walk to a lot of things.
