About this property
Gorgeous 5 bedroom lakefront home with huge yard and 300ft of beachfront
- This is a very private home on beautiful 5 acre plot right on Lake Ontario. Included are comfortable accommodations for 12 people and fully equipped kitchen and two and half baths. Huge yard with deck, picnic tables and grill. Beach accessible from back yard for swimming, walks, kayaking and hunting for sea glass and rocks. Walking distance to Sodus Point public beach, historic light house and parks. Restaurants and bars are a short walk away and safe walk home. Rental comes with use of three kayaks with paddles and life jackets. Washer/Dryer, gas fireplace, linens and bath towels included. On rainy days, there is a television in the living room equipped with fire stick, DVD player and WiFi; or just unplug with board games or cards. There is also a ping pong table downstairs! Plenty of parking for friends and guests. Sorry, no pets. 7 day minimum stay in July and Aug. Wed to Wed
