Cozy lake house in Soddy Daisy

Enjoy your stay in this two bedroom, 1 bath, 100 year old cottage that lies only a "stone's throw" from the lake! From the large, shaded front porch to the back, screened in porch there are so many opportunities to relax and enjoy peaceful living both in and outdoors. This home features a King sized bed in the Master, two twin beds in the second room (which can be pushed together to make another King sized bed) and Queen sized sleeper sofa, sectional sofa + blow up mattress for additional sleepers.

With an easy and beautiful 20 min drive to downtown Chattanooga and an even shorter 10 min walk to the awesome Pine Harbor Marina and lake side food at Steve's Landing you'll find plenty of entertainment nearby. The large, fully stocked eat-in kitchen will be ready should you decide to enjoy an evening cooking in. Be sure to bring your fishing pole and a good book!

Perfect little house

Amazing lake vacation

The vacation home was perfect! It gave us privacy from the kiddos but also had a wonderful back yard with games, dart board, corn hole, etc which was a hit for us all. We would highly recommend staying at this home for anyone especially with little ones.

Wonderful property

This property is in a great location if you want to be able to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. My kids spent hours on the back porch playing the provided games and everything was super clean! Will definitely be staying here again if back in the area.

This place was perfect for us during our stay. The listing is accurate. This is a very nice updated property. It is stocked well. The beds are comfortable. We saw quite a bit of wildlife from the windows. We definitely would come back to this property if back in the area.

Fantastic place to stay for a weekend getaway

We came for our Nieces wedding and to do some site seeing over a long weekend. The place was perfect for us. The place was clean with all the amenities we needed. Lots of things to entertain ourselves between wedding events and our sight seeing activities, darts, corn hole and Roku TV. Messaged the host via the app and they were prompt and helpful with their replies. Would stay here again if we come back to Chattanooga.

Cute and clean cottage

This property was cute and clean, and the owners thought of every little detail. We stayed for 11 nights and had everything we needed. The back area with darts and ring game made for a fun little hangout. About 25-30 minutes into Chattanooga, but a few local grocery stores, restaurants, hiking areas, etc closer by.

Darling cottage

This owner thought of everything to make our stay perfect. Nicely decorated and Clean property, multiple games/books inside and outside. A Special Little Cottage

We stayed for a week to enjoy all of the sites in and around Chattanooga. Loved this little cottage. It was perfect for the 4 of us. It is well loved and maintaned. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. It had a wonderful.back patio and front porch for the warmer days we had. The 20 minute drive into Chattanooga was easy and we appreciated the retreat back to the cottage after a day of sightseeing. We would highly recommend this place for a weekend or longer stay in the area. There is a lot to see and do for people of all ages.

Perfect mountain getaway

This was our second time staying in this rental, and hopefully won’t be our last. It’s a perfect location for climbing at Stone Fort and exploring Chattanooga. The cottage is clean and the kitchen is well stocked with basics which is so appreciated since we enjoy cooking and eating in. We were there the week of Thanksgiving and the host had put up a little Christmas tree. We were so delighted with that touch! Host is easy to communicate with. Overall a great stay.

Perfect little place for a get away

When we walked in everything was as pictures online. The host was very quick with answering questions that I had. Everything was clean, stocked with everything you could need. AC works perfect as do the washer/dryer and dishwasher. We had a great time there and loved the outdoor games. The beds were very comfortable and everything was clean. Would rent this adorable cottage again!!! The only thing I would say is that it is very dangerous getting out of the driveway with the bushes that are there, people tend to go fast down that road, but other than that it was absolutely perfect for our family vacation!!!

House was great. Poor communication. Poor parking

Did not receive any arrival instruction. Arrived and did not have a code to get in the house. Called property owner and left a message. I finally spent several hours trying to guess the combination for the key box and luckily guessed it. I received a text the next day with arrival instructions. If you have a boat it is a nightmare to follow their directions to turn around and due to the rain my truck and boat got stuck. The house was clean and very well furnished. I give the house a 10/10
