Holiday Homes in Sodankyla

"We loved our stay. Cottage is cosy, well equipped; we had all we needed, even if the items were not the most modern ones. The location is amazing (that is if you like a secluded place surrounded by nature). Check-in was interesting, as the couple didn't speak English, and our German is not that good (Finnish even worse), but they were very friendly and kindly accomodated our late arrival. Thank you"

"Queríamos una cabaña para pasar unos días en Luosto con los niños y resultó perfecta. La localización es increíble y la casa está genial. La única pega es que tiene unas escaleras bastante empinadas y si se va con niños muy pequeños hay que tener algo de cuidado."

"Villa Aihki is really wonderful. It is very cosy with the sauna and fireplace that can be used any time. The light around and in the house is done very nice so it feels very warm and comfortable. Even the birds come to feed on the terrace :) The bed is very good, pillows as well. The seating in the living room is very comfy too. The area is very quiet and feels safe. You can always go out for a walk - it is only nature everywhere around the house. We also walked several times to Luosto."

"Really big place, feels like private forest and lake. Hottub und sauna were amazing!"

"This cabin has all the basic amenities, a great sauna house, and is in a beautiful location."

"We were astounded when we arrived at KeloVille. It’s a beautiful, rustic cabin surrounded by gorgeous trees. It was close enough to walk to the village but still had a wilderness vibe. The kitchen was well stocked, there was everything we needed. We didn’t use the sauna but used everything else. Beautiful fireplace. We had wonderful family time in this cabin with no distraction. It’s clean, and the whole place has a lovely atmosphere. If we return to Luosto, I will book this cabin every time."

"We are a family of 2 adults and 2 children aged 5 and 9. We found the cabin to have everything we needed for our stay. It was clean and the communication from the key holder was good. The location was perfect for us being quiet and away from the centre, but still walking distance to everything. We loved exploring the paths around the lake and were lucky enough to see the northern lights every night of our stay."

"Chalet agréable et adapté pour un Groupe de 8 personnes. Les chambres sont petites, plus grandes à l’étage mais en sous-pente. Nous avons aimé le grand espace chaleureux et convivial et bien sûr le sauna!"

"Hier hat man alles was man braucht. Man muss es allerdings auch mögen das der nächste kleine Wagen 10 km weit weg ist. Man braucht ein Auto."

"Holiday home Mervinrinne was an absolute winter wonderland. The location is remote but just perfect. Surrounded by trees covered in snow we walked in to a cabin that was warm toasty and incredible! It was clean & homely. The photos do not do it justice. I wish we had stayed longer just to spend a day soaking up the peace of the place. Even the the lit tree on the balcony was a great touch. For our children's first holiday away we couldn't have wished for a more perfect place."

"Byli jsme nadšeni. Pro turisty, kteří hledají klid a nepotřebují rušnou "civilizaci", je toto místo naprosto ideální. Není tedy pro každého, ale za nás skvělé."

"It has been a dream of mine to visit Finland in the winter. This year it became possible. When I started looking for places to stay, the cabin popped up in my search.I loved it here and this area. I am not a skier, but found plenty of hiking trails so I was able to do a different route everyday of my four days here. The cabin was cozy, had all the amenities I needed, and I was so grateful they even had hiking poles after mine were confiscated at a security checkpoint at an airport. While I was in...
