10/10 Excellent
"Darla was prompt to answer and kind. House was cute and tidy. She thought of lots of things to make her guests stay great, such an a shoe rack at the front door and ingredients to make waffles. We would recommend! "
Perch - The Yellow Cabin: Hot tub, game room, stone firepit, pet friendly
10/10 Excellent
"A Peaceful and Cozy Getaway for the Whole FamilyWe were looking for a cozy cabin in the Pacific Northwest to celebrate our son’s high school graduation, and The Yellow Cabin turned out to be the perfect spot. Tucked away in a quiet, wooded area near Mt. Rainier, it offered a peaceful retreat surrounded by nature and close to some incredible hiking trails. The sound of the creek running through the property could be heard from anywhere outside, adding to the relaxing atmosphere. Our son especially loved the air-conditioned game room with a pool table — a great way to unwind after a day outdoors. Our teenage daughter enjoyed the bunk beds, evenings around the fire pit, and the adventurous (and a bit risky) climb down to the river. For my husband and me, the highlight was definitely the spacious jetted hot tub, which felt amazing after long hikes. While the photos on the listing appear to be from an earlier time — and the vegetation has since grown in, limiting views of the river unless you walk to the edge of the property — the inside of the cabin was exceptionally clean and well maintained. All in all, The Yellow Cabin provided a relaxing and memorable stay for the whole family. We would happily return"
