"We have been on this property for a while now. They have an excellent staff. I think they're doing the most with the least. The hotel does need a lot of work and a lot of areas. I don't think they have enough people to cover those areas. There are no vending machines so you do not have that service or amenity. There's a lot of structural issues. But the staff has been excellent and accommodating."

"Llegamos y había anuncio que el hotel estaba completamente lleno la cortina de la sala de recepcion estaba cerrada y ya salió una persona del hotel y me dijo que para hacer el check inn debía marcar al teléfono que estaba enfrente ya me abrieron y me dio la llave una srita y todo hasta ahí la o menos ya después llegué al cuarto y no había toallas ni shampooo eso se me hizo malísima onda y hoy en ñañama Que salimos seguía cerrada la recepción ya sin el letrero que tenían la noche anterior "

"The house wasn’t ready for our stay. 1. The 3rd bathroom is outside and water needed to be turned on so we could use. Also, the shower couldn’t be used since the water was cold. 2. The shower inside needs work. It was hard to turn on. Had to reach out to owner to figure out how to make it work. 3. The key pad stopped working. 4. Owner just wanted to communicate by text. With all the issues we had, talking to her would’ve been less stressful and taken less time out of our schedule. "
