"Friendly staff and beautiful location. Loved our room with a view of the river with a hammock. We especially enjoyed the aerial tram, monkeys, sloth and butterfly exhibits — the tropical landscape is magnificent. It is very hot and humid, be sure to swim and stay hydrated. Lots of memories made here."

"The food was good and the chef making the omelet was always courteous. The bar closed about 9pm and before that it became difficult to find attendants. Sergio with the nature tour was outstanding. However, I will not return some of the staff were openly discourteous and it felt like my family and I were an inconvenience rather than guests. I had read the reviews before and it is not what I met. I felt disappointed I had brought my family here ."
