I am disappointed.
I was organizing my bags and realized that items and belongings were missing, such as 4 empty bags and a bag containing a T-shirt and three reading glasses.
This had never happened to me before, and so far no one has given me any explanation about what happened.
I am Waiting for an answer.

Upon arrival at check in time, we were told our room wasn’t ready. It was disappointing how that even happened when we booked weeks ahead. However, the staff were very kind to find us a new room 10-15 minutes after waiting in the lobby. I appreciate their effort in trying to solve the problem as soon as possible. We would stay here again!
