Top Floor Corner Location. Deck overlooks ski trails. Adjacent to Whistlepunk Trail, a Novice run connecting you and the kids to the entire trail system. 2 ski lifts within 100 yards. Across the street from the Double Black Diamond trails of Western Territory.

UPDATED HOUSE RULES: ~ Reservation holders must complete check-in requirements. ~ The reservation holder must submit a photo of their driver's license, and a selfie holding their driver's license for verification ~ A signed Rental Agreement must be returned within 24 hours of booking ~ No Pets - Pets found in non-pet properties are forbidden and will result in immediate eviction without refund and incur a $250.00 charge to the credit card on file ~ No Smoking or Vaping. ~ No large gatherings ~ Check in time is after 4:00 PM ~ Check out time is 10:00 AM ~ Mandatory quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am ~ Minimum age of reservation holder is 25 ~ No mailbox access will be granted, no exceptions are made. ~ For homes with a private hot tub, a cleaning fee of $100.00 is charged at the time of booking.

We had a wonderful few days skiing. The location is perfect, very easy to ski in/out and close to the lifts. It was very clean and well-stocked. The stairs to the second floor are very steep. Overall a great stay.
Nice property - great location. Well run. Might sound silly, but we really appreciated the water pressure, very crisp mountain tapwater, and large hot water heater. Suggestions for 5 stars:- Have a few basics like salt and pepper… you don’t wanna have to buy that stuff- None of the pillows had pillowcases.
Our family of 10 adults enjoyed our stay here. Easy and quick access to the slopes (close to Powder Monkey lift). We had plenty of room with 2 on sleeper sofa. The fireplace with provided firewood was a major plus for us. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.
Great location in Snowshoe. 10 minute walk to village and lift to the lake. Worked well for family with 3 bedrooms and space. Stayed 3 days.

We had a great stay. The property was just as advertised. Very clean and a great feel for a ski vacation. The location was fantastic. Ski run out back with three restaurants and a shuttle stop just across the parking lot from the condo. Also was an easy 5 minute/ 0.3 of a mile walk to the main village which was nice as parking was a bit of a premium in the village. There were four adults and two teenage children. We were very comfortable. Highly recommend this place to stay.

Snowshoe WV - Memorial day '25
We have stayed at the property last year and because of the positive experience we chose it again. Once in the property, the stay was very good. The issue was when we arrived, the door code did not work and being that is was after 5pm, there was no one at the local property office or manning the phone. We left a couple of messages on the after-hours number and did not get a call back till several hours later. We drove down the mountain to the local property office (5 miles /-) on a chance that someone was still there. There was not. We called the after-hours number again and got someone in Casago's Arizonia office who assisted us and provided and alternate door code that we used for the weekend. We followed up with the local property office the next day and they indicated they were not aware of an issue.
We had such a blast staying in this whistle punk unit! Location was absolutely perfect. The kitchen is updated nicely and the rooms accommodated our group. Definitely will be keeping this on the list of places to stay for the future!
I’d recommend this property to anyone! The location couldn’t be better for easy access to the slopes and the village. The unit was plenty big, clean, and we loved the huge kitchen!
Clean. Nicely maintained. And comfortable. Only gripe would be no ceiling fans in bedrooms but that’s pretty nit picky. We would definitely stay here again. Staff was very responsive and courteous.
The house was beautiful and well kept. We were in the heart of the resort with a lift near by. The only recommendation we would have would be for some fans or air conditioning. It was a hot weekend and once the air got still outside it was quite warm sleeping. We would definitely stay here again.
We are family with six adults and four children. The three bedroom condo suited us perfectly. There were some minor items that needed attention from a facilities person, and the management company responded promptly. We appreciated that. The unit could use some updating for repairs, especially the fireplace that needs a new door on it. Being next-door to three restaurants made dinners very easy. We had a wonderful time at Snowshoe, and this condo help make it a great vacation for a family.
We have stayed in a 2 BR in Whistlepunk before, needed an extra room for the grandparents to join my family (wife, 2 kids under 9). The location of this condo is fantastic for us, right on the slope of a green run which is good for us as we are just starting. Its also about 30 yards to a nice restaurant and a pizza place. Great views from the condo and had everything we needed. Only negatives if any is the lighting in general could be updated in areas. And not a negative, just more of a fyi, the stairs leading up to the third bedroom are very steep. Very, very steep although my kids didnt mind. Overall great place, would stay again on future visits.

Convenient clean comfortable condo.
Best location for accessing western territory. Very comfortable furnishings and well equipped kitchen. Top floor with high ceilings was great too.
But kitchen needs much more lighting. Hard to prepare food with such poor lights.
Also rental agency needs to use digital keys rather than physical keys that must be picked up at the their office. The office is very inconvenient and adds a lot of time to the trip. Also 10am checkout seemed too early.
Our family enjoyed four summer nights at this wonderful Snowshoe, WV rental, and we wished it was more. The home was very spacious, and welcoming. We loved the well supplied kitchen, multiple TVs, three bathrooms, amazingly comfy beds/bedding, convenient mudroom entrance and private deck overlooking the scenic mountains. It was also only about a 7 minute walk to the Village (if walking to the Pizza Slice restaurant and cutting through the trail behind it). The Village itself had several great restaurants and shops, and there is a handy mini-grocery store a mile down the road for last minute items. My husband and teen also loved the ski lift that they took to the activity laden beach at Shavers Lake. We would definitely recommend this rental to anyone looking for a wonderful vacation spot. Our easy communication with the owner’s was an added bonus.

Right across the street from Western Territory and a short walk to the restaurants. Comfortable house for our two families. The stairs to the loft are a bit steep for the 5 and under crowd, but otherwise this place was great.
