"Black Bear Crossing #4 is a 3 level home with 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms.
NO PETS ALLOWED.There are 2 living rooms, 2 full kitchens, 2 washers and
dryers and a convenient ski storage room with an outside entry. The home was
recently upgraded with new paint, new carpet and flooring throughout. There is
a front deck, expanded back deck with a large Jacuzzi hot tub, granite
counters throughout, multiple flat screen TVs and a gas fireplace. The back
deck has a magnificent unobstructed view of the mountains to the west and
gorgeous sunsets. Just outside the front door is a common area with a
pavilion, gas grill, fire pit and play area. Black Bear Crossing is ski in/ski
out to Powderidge ski lift."
**Minimum age to rent this unit is 30 years. **
