Great condo, lots of space and comfortable. Good location to the village. Easy walk / super easy bike. Only recommendation would be a smart TV and maybe new baseboard heaters that done make clocks and knocks all night. Would 100% stay in this unit again.

Ski weekend

Leatherbark 105B met the needs for the four of us who came to ski. We had a separate bedroom and bath for each couple allowing for a good night’s sleep after a tiring day. It would be tight for six people. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware. Though the stove, dishwasher, and washing machine controls are wonky, they worked. The management group answered an e-mail. I’m not sure they received the second one. Internet on the entire mountain is spotty. We walked about 10 minutes to the pool and restaurants.There was a learning curve to find the right room temperature. We would stay here again.

Unbearable screeching rumble vibration first night

A nice place, roomy, well equipped The first night there was an unbearable rumbling noise and vibration all night, 5 seconds of grating noise followed by 10 seconds of quiet. We were on the bottom floor of a 4 story building, near the center of the building. I assume there was a sewage ejector pumping out. Sometimes and particularly when we flushed the toilet the sound was longer lasting. The next day i contacted the management who had someone service something so the next night and day the vibration was less constant and quieter, but still there. Bearable. I asked for a rebate or reduction for the first night, got no response.
