This clean and comfy condo is between Top of the World and Snowshoe Village in Leatherbark! You can access village restaurants, shopping, and Starbucks within a five-minute walk. Leatherbark 108A is an easy, flat 5-minute walk to the Village and slopes. This one level condo features a large, open floor plan with a living/sitting area, electric fireplace, Smart TVs, dining space, a full kitchen, and a washer and dryer. The main bedroom is large and roomy with a king bed and en-suite full bathroom. The 2nd bedroom features a king bed with easy access to the 2nd bathroom in the hall. The 3rd bedroom has a bunk bed with a full sized mattress on the bottom and twin on top and twin trundle below (sleeps 4). There is also a pull-out sofa bed in the living area (sleeps 2). This bottom level unit has a deck with seating and gas fire-pit. Please note that this unit is on the bottom level of Leatherbark and is one flight of steps down from the parking lot.

This stay was great for a larger group. It’s not the closest to the slopes, but buses are available. We normally stay at Silver Creek for the convenience to the slopes, but this property is larger. Gotta weigh the priorities. This was very comfortable, had a well stocked kitchen, and in home washer and dryer, which is almost a must for snowboarding! We would stay again.
The location was great, directly across from the market and a short walk to the village/slopes. The condo was great and had everything we needed. Only recommendation is to have more seating in the family room and more soap/hand soap available. There is basically NO cell service on the mountain or within 2 hours of the mountain, so plan accordingly. Otherwise, this was the perfect place for a quick getaway, in a great location!

Loved this spot, stayed all over snowshoe and silvercreek. By far one of the better accomodations that they have to offer. Updated tech, kitchen actually had the appliances in the pics, beds were not 10 years old, back porch with fire place and grill made for perfect evenings and pricing was not hyper inflated. Will stay here upon our next visit whether its snowboarding or mtnbiking.
Responsive owner prior to booking. Felt large, good kitchen. Nice to have two full baths and washer and dryer private. First floor does have one set of steps down from entrance level. Shuttle stop just across the parking lot, but no direct shuttles from leatherbark to silver creek, must transfer at the village.Will stay again!
