This was a cute, cozy ski getaway! The other reviewers are right about needing an SUV in snowy weather and about the stairs but if you’re up for those things, it’s a great spot to ski snowshoe or hike from. Also close to all of the Snoqualmie resorts and a few cute restaurants.
Our group had 2 adults, 3 teenagers and a dog. The teens stayed in the bunk room and loved it! There was a small issue before we arrived, but the host called to let us know before we arrived and the communication was great. We would stay again.
This place has a soul. It's cozy. The views are fabulous. The double beds would make Princess on the Pea happy. The underfloor heating makes it extra warm. The extra touches (like little bars of soap and laundry capsules) make you feel like it was your mother who prepared it for you. You can easily forgive the tiny imperfections (e.g. absence of a draining board) for the tremendous character and atmosphere.
We (5 kids and 3 adults) had a fabulous time at the cabin. Excellent location, lots of fun for adults and kids. Children's play area with toys, thoughtfully designed living room, sleds, shoe drier, washer and dryer. Some guests mentioned cold, but we were always warm (during cold weather and snowfalls) with heaters and a great wood-burning oven. Hope to come back soon! Please don't raise the price, you are the most affordable rental in the neighborhood :)
This place was so great! The space is perfect. It feels very cozy because it's separated by three floors but there is plenty of space. It's very tranquil and you feel like you're alone in the woods. There's plenty of wood and the fire is so nice. The upstairs had lots of sleeping space and the downstairs room is super comfortable. The couch on the main level even pulls out to a bed. There are decks in front and back. It's close to Silver Fir where I love to ski. We were so happy to be able to watch Tulsa King and Landman! The kitchen had everything we needed. We very much enjoyed our stay and will come back again for sure!!

NOT a downhill Ski in Ski out
First of all it has to be said that this is not a Ski-in/out in terms of downhill skiing. I would say this is very misleading given the fact that is it very close to the mountain and yet you cannot see the exact location of the house until after you book it.
Second, when we arrived at the house it had not snowed for 2 days and was raining and yet there was still 8" of mushy nasty snow in the drive that never got cleared for us prior to arrival. Our 4 wheel drive vehicle almost did not make it up the driveway, and one time slid back down the driveway on its own. I asked the maintenance to come clear it and was told there was a shovel that I could use to take care of it myself. After texting them several times, they finely came to plow the snow the day before we were checking out.
The house itself is great. A bit rustic in terms of heating and a very much up north cabin feel that we really like. I give this house a 5 star review, but the description and the issue with the snow really put a sour taste in everyone's mouth.

We enjoyed our stay. The location was great for getting to hiking trailheads, the views from the porch were beautiful and the kitchen was very well equipped.
Everything with the cabin was good except the internet was missing their plugs and the bathroom door was broken upon check in. Maintenance delivered the chords and patched the door enough to get by for our stay. Outside of not having those things for half the time of our stay it was great.
This was the perfect cabin for our friend's Memorial Day weekend get away. Perfect location to hikes, brewery's and so much more. Will definitely be back!
Very nice A-frame with gorgeous views. Decor is somewhat dated and the cabin could use better lighting, but the owners supplied everything you might need, including a well outfitted kitchen, plenty of towels, blankets, pillows, laundry detergent, toiletries, games, videos, and toys for kids. A great place to stay!
Our second time with our kids at this cabin. Great location! Easy check in/out. We were very comfortable. We enjoy the walk through the woods to the ski lift !!! Thanks again for another memorable family experience!
Great location. Really fun kids room. Great amenities. Looks like it has been abused by past tenants and could use some updates but 9/10 would stay again.

Beautiful, quiet location close to the Interstate for easy travel to Seattle area or Eastern Washington. Owner has outfitted the cabin with everything you might need while on vacation! Just wish there were curtains on windows in living room and on the side windows of upstairs master bedroom.
House is a bit smaller than it appears online and the spiral stairs weren’t the easiest to deal with…problem only because navigating them after a 100 mile race proved difficult. I’m probably the only one with that problem though.
Otherwise it was great, very pretty area and competitively priced. Would definitely recommend this house considering the pricing of all the other available places in the area.
We didn’t spend a lot of time during the day because we spent it at my cousin’s cabin for a family reunion. It was nice to have a place away. I was able to cook up most of the ingredients for a large egg and sausage bake. The house had everything I needed.
The multiple staircases were a little straining for my sister. She had been attacked by 5 pit bulls a few years back so she stayed on the 2nd floor. Everything worked out great.

Not what was expected.
On arrival the house was pretty cold. I realized the main form of heat is the wood stove with only a few small space heaters. There was no kindling cut or paper to start a fire and we had to improvise. Carpets are very dirty and the couch has lots of stains.
We loved our week at this lovely cabin. We spent the week skiing at Snoqualmie. Since we were there during the week it wasn't really ski in ski out since East was closed. We did (even our school age boys) boot over to the cross over to ski Silver Fir or drove over to Alpental. The cabin was very well appointed for our week- including everything we would need for the kitchen, movies and games.
The only thing I would advise is the 'jungle gym' was very fun for our slightly older kids (8 and 12). The jungle gym, circular stairs and (wonderful) wood stove would make this a tricky property for those with very littles.
Thank you--- We had a wonderful time and your place was perfect for us.
